Great race weekend!

Very quiet and comfortable. There for Race weekend and price was very affordable. People running the place were very kind and helpful!

Great race weekend stay

We went to the hotel early to see if we could get our room key since we would be at the race track until after 10. They were waiting for us and checked us in with no problem. Room was older but clean and comfortable.

We got in very late and we got checked in. The place was very old & dirty. There were dead bugs laying around. The bedspread had cigarette holes in them. We looked for bed bugs but thankfully didn't find any. It smelled like marajuana had been smoked in there or under us and the dead bolt on the door was cut out so it didn't lock. We were desperate so we stayed but if we had of had another place close we would have definitely left. I'm sure it wouldn't meet sanitation codes if checked. We will never go back

It was easy to find, but I had to wait for a manager to arrive to the property to check me in. Another guest called her on his phone for me. The manager was friendly once she arrived. The hand towels looked dirty. I guess they were just badly stained. The white trim around doors was really dirty. The walls are thin and I could clearly hear the tv in the next room well after midnight so that kept me awake. It felt safe though and the bed was comfortable.

Our stay was terrible. The owner was incredibly rude! We smoke but requested a non-smoking room. We always smoke outside. We were away from the doors to the rooms. When the owner saw this, she said she could get us a smoking room. I told her we never smoke indoors, even at home. After this confrontation, she refused to even talk to us. Our daughter was coming the next night and we had reserved her room. I went to the window with my daughter and the owner told her that she didn't even want to speak to me or my husband. There was absolutely no reason to be treated like this! We will never be staying there again!

Needs repairs and updates

The service was excellent. The location was great. It was in a quiet location right off the interstate. A gas station with a subway was in sight distance. There was a nice little diner next door. The only thing the hotel needed was a lot of repairs and updated. It has the potential to be a very nice place. The bathroom ceiling showed signs of leakage spots and the paper was peeling.

Very dirty. Dead bugs on floor, shower dirty, smelled like mold or stale air in the room but it is a very cheap place to stay if your on a tight budget

They had bedbugs and when i wanted my mkney bad they gave it to me but had the nerve to as my family and i brought tjem with us! I was so disrespected. The place looked like a hood and ran down. The lady even called the cops and said we was on drugs in front of my two small childern. Now that was wrong in so many ways... They suck big time... And the price was crazy high for a room that nasty. Learn how to clean!!!

Would stay there again

Shower was hot, a.c. was cold and bed waa firm. Met all my needs and I would stay there again. There was a diner next door and gas station across the street open 24 hours

Decent motel

Quiet, comfortable. All a person needs when they live out of a motel for business 5 days a week. If you like home cooking, the small restaurant right beside the motel is a plus!

Easy access older motel

Pleasant, easy checkin. Room was cool after 90+ on road all day, and clean. Improvements in progress--next should be bathroom ceiling (leak upstairs) and door moldings. Thanks for nice break.

Terrible stay and then has nerve to charge me 11 bucks more than my online quote on orbitz. Would not recommend staying here.

The room was very basic. Check-in the woman kept asking us if we wanted to cancel, weird. It was a place to sleep and move on, more like a Motel than hotel. I canceled the second stay there that was planned.

Not given what they advertise and I was promised,

The motel management did not provide what was promised. We wanted non smoking room and the room had a taint smell of having been smoked in it. When talked with management they said no other rooms available like that one, but could give me another room at an upgrade cost. We could not get WiFi into the room and also told for an upgrade cost could get another room that would get wIfI, I declined, told them you advertise free WiFi available, that means all rooms. The room had one set of bath towels etc and we were two people. I called the office and no one answers the phone, they were not busy. I left message. After I had gone to bed a knock on door and towels were delivered. The bathroom shower tub wall were dirty looking the grout lines had mold in them it appeared. The toilet took forever to flush and the tub drain took forever to remove the water.

Staff was Great, very friendly and nice. For 50.00, I guess you get what you pay for. Wasn't expecting a free breakfast, a pool, or other amenities,, however I expected clean and well kept. Rooms are outdated and show years of use with few if any updates. Room had a STRONG musky smell. Carpet was old, worn, and questionability clean. Numerous Roaches were seen running around the bath area. Bed pillows were old and heavily used (Flat). This hotel is in a questionable area with only a gas station and small diner in close proximity. Its off to its self and had only 2 other rooms in use.

EXCELLENT NO FRILLS HOTEL

This hotel is not the Ritz but it is clean with good bath and shower and firm bed with clean linen. I used and appreciated the room's refrigerator and microwave, both of which worked well. The service is friendly and competent. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I am again in the area.
