Ground floor: living-dining room-equipped kitchen (TV, sofa bed), shower room + WC. Upstairs: bedroom (12 m² floor space) fitted out under the eaves as an unpartitioned mezzanine (1 bed 140x190, 1 bed 90x190 suitable for a child). Baby equipment: bed, chair, bathtub, cutlery, plates. Electric heating (included). Private 1000 m² fenced plot, without gate. Non-smoking accommodation. Your private plot opens onto the surrounding countryside and the greenhouses of the arboriculturist owner (on site: fruit/vegetable picking open to the public on Wednesdays 2pm-6pm in July/August. Rest of the year: picking Monday + Wednesday 2pm-6pm, Saturday 9am-12pm). In addition, the owner will be happy to show you his farm and some facets of his profession as an arboriculturist, which he is proud to practice using sustainable farming methods. 1 km away, you will walk in the middle of the Etangs de Narbonne, a protected natural site, and discover magnificently preserved flora. You can also walk to the Echappée Verte, a 13-km circuit through the hamlets, fields, and orchards of the bucolic Joué-lès-Tours region. The region's renowned tourist attractions are 20-30 minutes away (Tours city center, the châteaux of Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Langeais, and Rigny-Ussé) and 10 minutes further to the Chinon fortress. The châteaux of Chenonceau, Amboise, and Loches, and the Beauval Zoo, are less than an hour away, as are the famous Loire Valley vineyards (Chinon, Bourgueil, Vouvray, and Montlouis).
