- A well-equipped kitchen: kettle, toaster, classic coffee machine and Tassimo, refrigerator-freezer, electric oven, gas hobs, and dishwasher.
- An entrance with closet and toilet
- A bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed opening onto the terrace

On the first floor:
- A bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and desk
- A bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed and wall-mounted TV (internet channels, possibility to cast from your phone), closet, small outdoor terrace with furniture
- A bedroom with a 180x190 cm bed
- A bathroom with shower, toilet, double sink, towel warmer, hairdryer
- A second small terrace with garden furniture

All rooms have electric blinds.

For your children: travel cot (without sheets or mattress) and high chair.

Outdoors:
- A private garden where you can relax in complete tranquility
- A terrace with pergola and garden furniture, electric barbecue



We remind you that the house has 2 toilets (one on the ground floor and the other upstairs in the bathroom) and only one bathroom.

Lake Bretonnières, a 5-minute walk away, offers the following activities: picnic tables, tree climbing, fitness areas, beach volleyball, fitness trail, skate park. Nearby, shopping center, restaurants, bakery.

You also have access to the outdoor laundry room where you will find cleaning equipment and a large freezer.



Bed linen/towels are not included in the price: you can bring your own or rent them (double bed kit: €25 / including towels for 2 people, beds not made on arrival).

This rental is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the bathroom being accessible only by stairs.

A parking space is reserved for you in front of the house. It is possible to park in public parking spaces around the house.

Arrival times at the rental are from 4 PM to 7 PM by appointment set the day before, self-check-in after 7 PM. The departure time is 10 AM maximum (12 PM on Sunday depending on the availability of the house). For any request for early arrival (2 PM at the earliest) or late departure (2 PM at the latest), an additional fee of €50 will be charged.

We provide you with the necessary welcome items in the kitchen: tea towel, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, dishwashing liquid, sponge, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper, cleaning products, and essentials for a first breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar but without croissants).
