This was the very best stay. The host thought of everything from kitchen wrap to a salad spinner. The beds were comfortable, the view from the deck was exceptional. The fire table made the evening cosy and thanks to our host there were blankets to bundle up with as the evening cooled. Port Renfrew offers great hikes short and long. Snd local bear kept hinting that it was around!

Stunnig view!! Easy check in and a cozy place to unwind and soak in nature. If you're into fishing, you have the best view of the boats in the marina!We stay here every year!

Check-in was simple - park, use door code, unpack. There is a flight of stairs for this unit.Kitchen is a good size with ample prep space for basic vacation meals. Plenty of supplies and storage.Unit layout works well with bedroom-bathrooms off to the side and down a hallway.Perfect view with marina below - dogs enjoyed the daily parade of boats leaving and returning.

Overall the view was great, general layout very good, beds good and furniture good. Kitchen is very well appointed with the exception of not enough drinking glasses. Starter on outdoor fire does not work, one of the sliding doors did not work and no response from the owner. Seemed a little neglected overall, but the view makes up for a lot.A note for people to know, is that in Port Renfrew it is a Rogers network and therefore my phone would not work. It would be worth copying the directions and the access code to the unit or you will have to find someone to lend you their phone or gain access to wifi....was quite a big problem for us and we had no idea that we would not have cellular network.

Marvelous view

Marvelous view with everchanging surroundings. Fog, clouds, sun, ocean, trees, bald eagles, you get it all.You’ll get through the views and walks in the area in 4 days. Prepare in advanced, since getting groceries is a really long drive.Would have been nice with more than one wine glass and knives for cooking that could cut.Beds are good and besides the short supply of kitchenware (knives, forks, glasses) the property does come with all you need and more.We recommend this place, but only for a short stay.

Great stay

Lovely view, great location, loved the gas fire on balcony, water temp & Pressure great. Nice & clean. Had a great couple of days there. Heres a couple of notes though. TV was a bit confusing to use so gave up, information binder had some out of date information (like a place not evan existing anymore) Tad annoying w freezer not being able to open properly as against wall.

Best Vacation

Perfect jumping off point for exploration of southwest Vancouver Island. We were able to leave our regular working selfs at the door and switch into vacation mode with your rentals Beautiful views, comfy beds, and balcony fire table. Fully stocked kitchen and large fridge gave us the comforts of homemade meals.

Beautiful Getaway!

This property is beautiful. The bedrooms are well sized, both have their own bathrooms with showers. The TV and Wifi worked well and the kitchen was well kitted out. We would 100% come back to Ocean Serenity again!

Wonderful!

Location was absolutely stunning with so much to do around the area. Had to re-clean some dishes (inside of some mugs were crusty and the carpet was not fully vacuumed along the patio door) but overall a clean place. A few more details about how stocked the kitchen was would be great on the listing - for example, we bought condiments, olive oil, and coffee but all that was available for our use (which was great and would have been good to know ahead of time). Overall, a wonderful stay and have already recommended to others!

Fire pit dream.

We loved staying at Ocean Serenity in Port Renfrew. It was fabulous to sip coffee on the balcony sitting around the fire pit. Very clean and appropriately stocked.
