East Sooke Escape. Algo para todos: pesca, senderismo, kayak o relax.

Hermosa suite frente al mar, completamente privada de un dormitorio con cocina totalmente equipada. Ambiente muy tranquilo y relajante en esta nueva suite que incluye muebles y ropa de cama de calidad, con la limpieza como nuestra principal prioridad. Con una entrada con llave puede llegar cuando le convenga. Vivimos arriba pero su suite está completamente separada, no tiene acceso al resto de nuestra casa. Hemos hecho mucha insonorización para que escuche muy poco ruido desde arriba.

Disfrute de las increíbles vistas de la costa desde su patio delantero privado. Observe pasar los botes justo enfrente o los atardeceres por la noche. Área de terraza privada con barbacoa y mesa para descansar al aire libre. Lavadora y secadora disponibles para que pueda quedarse todo el tiempo que desee.

Tenga en cuenta: Nuestro muelle está listo con acceso al agua y al amarre del barco disponibles bajo petición.

Vivimos en una hermosa parte de la isla del sur de Vancouver, East Sooke es rural pero a solo 20 minutos de Sooke o 50 minutos de Victoria.

COSAS QUE HACER: ¡Hay mucho por explorar!

Rodeado de belleza natural con zonas de pesca a solo 20 minutos en barco, puede pescar salmón rojo, salmón de primavera, coho, rosa o halibut. Podemos organizar un charter de pesca local si lo desea.

¡East Sooke Park con sus excelentes playas y kilómetros de senderos para caminatas está justo en nuestro patio trasero! Golf, alquiler de kayak en Rush Adventures, tirolesa en Adrenaline ubicada en el histórico pub de 17 millas y natación en el lago Matheson están muy cerca. El Galloping Goose Trail es ideal para andar en bicicleta, ya que es una antigua línea de ferrocarril bastante nivelada. Tiene 60 km de largo y se extiende desde el histórico Leech Town en Sooke hasta Victoria en el puente Johnson Street.

Cosas a tener en cuenta:

Traiga sus propios comestibles. Si olvida algo, hay una tienda local a 10 minutos y Sooke está a solo 20 minutos.

Hay varias escaleras para acceder a la suite, así que tenga en cuenta los problemas de movilidad.

Wonderful property!

The beautiful accommodations are exactly as advertised. Super clean and well stocked! The grounds are magical and the view spectacular! We were even visited by a family of deer one morning! Peaceful and wonderful

We stayed for 4 nights and it was just as-advertised. Clean, very well appointed, organized and responsive communication, great kitchen, very comfortable bed, private, nice outdoor spaces. Highly recommend. Beautiful beaches and hikes. My only advice to others is to make sure to get gas in Victoria or Sooke-- nothing else in between or up the coast until Port Renfrew and that one closes very early!

Lovely spot. Great property. Away from it all….literally. Partial ocean view unfortunately given the vastness available of the basin. Peer takes away a bit of the view that is there but being able to access it is a plus.

A Tucked Away Gem

This is our second time staying here. We love it! The host is lovely! Beautiful property with a great view of the ocean on a bay. The cottage is well appointed, very clean and a comfortable bed. We loved having a dock to walk down to and a place to sit and crab.

So tranquil

This property was so beautiful inside and out. The fall colours were striking. Very quiet and relaxing, just what we needed!! We loved exploring some of the beaches nearby and the East Sooke Regional park!

Clean and cozy

The property is exactly as the pictures show. No issues with check in and finding the property. We did encounter 2 issues: 1. The post noted breakfast items (bread, fruit, yogurt) were to be provided daily but to also bring ones own groceries. After communication with Sharon I was told there was an error in the post and breakfast would not be provided (A small compensation for this would have been appreciated). 2. There was only 1 roll of bathroom tissue and 1 roll of paper towels. After contacting Sharon regarding the bathroom tissue she immediately brought us another roll. Other than those issues, all was worthwhile. Particularly, the views and sunsets were spectacular. I would stay here again.

A Great Stay in East Sooke

Two of us stayed here at the beginning of July. Our two weeks here were very pleasant: The extremely clean lodging was stocked with all the kitchen supplies one could need for cooking. The location was near a variety of walking options as well as the East Sooke Grocer and General Store, and its outside food trucks. Furthermore, the view over the Sooke Basin was endlessly relaxing and entertaining. Thank you, Sharon and Joe!

Fantastic Stay

Exceptional vacation rental, exactly as pictured, well outfitted, and ideally located to some of the best hiking and biking trails. East Sooke is a fair distance from restaurant, grocery options so ensure you stock up before you arrive. The area is quiet and peaceful. Had a wonderful stay.

Wow. Perfect spot

What a location. Water and peacefulness abound. The accommodations were very comfortable (and the coffee excellent). But the view of the water and the dock and lovely Sharon and Joe were the highlight. Highly recommend for an unplug vacation.

Tranquil paradise

This property is quiet, peaceful, and breathtaking. Situated waterfront, we were able to sit on the dock morning and night enjoying the views and the wildlife. We would definitely rerun here for another getaway.

We two were here for 10 days at the end of June. We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was perfect for us: - well-located for walking and exploring - immaculately clean - kitchen stocked with what you’ll need if you cook your meals - very quiet: insulated from any upstairs noise - view of the water right out your front window / patio The hosts, Sharon and Joe, are welcoming and pleasant. Should you prefer, access can be contactless.

Lovely, little place.

This is a clean, cozy and comfortable place to relax and unwind after a day exploring the island. We enjoyed watching the sea otters, crab, and jellyfish from the dock. Had a great time!

Authentic west coast

Authentic west coast. Ocean to the front rainforest to the back so relaxing I would recommend for anyone looking to kayak hike or have a romantic getaway with a loved one.

Great water view

Exceptionally clean and well maintained, with plenty of empty cupboards in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom for your own food and belongings. We loved the fantastic water views from all the rooms, the dock, and being so close to East Sooke Regional Park. We would definitely recommend this place and we would be happy to return.

Long Weekend Getaway

We loved it! It was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very clean, the bathroom's in-floor heating was so amazing, we sat outside on the comfy outdoor sofa facing the water and enjoyed the fresh, crisp March air every day even when the weather was a bit drippy. The parking was convenient and the dock was easy access for our kayak. We want to stay again, only longer. Thank you!!!!

The place was great.

The location was close to East Sooke Park, about 25 min. from Sooke. Beautiful view of Sooke and inlet. The suite was very comfortable, and clean. It had all the amenities and more! The views from each room were wonderful. We had a very wet weekend and it was great to arrive each evening to such a warm and lovely space.

Relaxing and peaceful spot

We had such a wonderful getaway and the suite was perfect! It met all of our needs and the king bed was super comfortable. The location is so close to all of the trails in East Sooke Regional Park which we took full advantage of. Overall we loved our stay and would book again!

A little piece of paradise

We needed to get away from the city and chill… your place was exactly what we needed. Fresh, crisp, clean air, birds chirping and the sounds of crickets as we sat on the dock staring at the beautiful ocean view was exactly what we needed to destress!! Thank you😊
