Jullouville - On the beach, exceptional sea view

We offer for seasonal rental our apartment on the seafront, in Jullouville, seaside resort of the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel located on the west coast of the Manche, in Normandy. The apartment offers an incredible panorama from Cancale to Granville via the Pointe du Grouin and the archipelago of the Chausey Islands. The apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator, with direct access to the beach. This 70 m² F3 can accommodate from 1 to 6 people (maximum 4 adults).

We have paid a lot of attention to its layout and decoration in order to welcome trusted people looking for a change of scenery by the sea.

Our very sunny apartment is made up of:
- a SEA VIEW living room (1 bay window and a window) with a sitting area, TV, a dining area for 6 people and an open fitted kitchen (microwave, fridge / freezer, induction cooker, kettle , Nespresso coffee machine, toaster)
- a sea view balcony with small table and 2 armchairs
- a first bedroom with a KING SIZE BED (180x200) and furnished with a chest of drawers. We have chosen an English LUXURY BEDDING with memory foam, silk and cashmere filling for quality nights on vacation!
-a second bedroom of 12m² with 2 bunk beds or 4 real beds of 90x200
- a bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine
- an independent toilet
- a large closet with wardrobe in the entrance / hallway
I can provide you with childcare equipment (cot, high chair, bathtub, etc.), notify me when booking if necessary.
The car can be an accessory, the shops are accessible on foot (800m).

Non-smoking accommodation

** Household and linen

Cleaning is MANDATORY and billed at € 45.
Bed and bath linen are not provided but can be provided on request. Only the fitted sheet of the king size bed given its size and cup size will always be included in the reservation.

The provision of bed and bath linen is invoiced:

- Kitchen linen (set of 3 tea towels):
Price: 4 € per lot

- Bathroom linen (set consisting of 1 small and 1 large towel):
Price: 5 € per lot

- Linen for the king size double bed in hotel quality (1 duvet cover 260x240 and 2 pillowcases in 50x70):
Price: 12 €

- Linen for 1 single bed (1 fitted sheet 90x200 + 1 duvet cover 140x200 + 1 pillowcase 60x60):
Price: 8 € / bed
Units available: 4

** Arrival is from 5 p.m. However, if accommodation is available, it can be advanced.
Ditto for the departure which must be done at 10:00 am at the latest, unless accommodation is not resumed the same day.

** Water and electricity consumption are included in the price, we are counting on you for reasonable consumption. The water and electricity meters are read at each rental.
