We make beach days easy too, providing beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, cooler and beach tote for our guests.

Inside Banyan Villa
Banyan Villa was professionally designed by our POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team to create a bright, contemporary and comfortable vacation home.
The three bedrooms feature two luxurious King-size beds and one Queen-size bed, with blackout curtains for a great night's sleep. All three bedrooms also have their own flat-screen TVs.
A luxury air bed is available for additional guests, allowing Banyan Villa to accommodate up to 8 guests.
At the heart of the home is the large designer kitchen with quartz countertops, double refrigerator and oversized kitchen island. It's fully equipped for meals at home, with plenty of space for everyone to gather and chat while dinner is being prepared.
The spacious living room features a 70-inch Smart TV, comfortable seating and an adjoining dining area for relaxed meals together.

Harbourside Place and the Jupiter Inlet area are a short drive away, with numerous restaurants and places to enjoy a drink overlooking the water.
Golf enthusiasts have easy access to some of Palm Beach County's excellent courses, while baseball fans are within easy reach of Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium.

Starter Essentials
Every POSHPADZ property includes a starter supply of essentials to make arrival easier.
Banyan Villa provides two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, starter dishwasher tablets, hand soap, hotel-size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent and starter garbage bags.
Pool & Hot Tub Information
Pool heating is available for $50 per day. Depending on weather conditions, the pool may require up to 24 hours to reach temperature.
The pool will be professionally cleaned prior to arrival and receives weekly pool service during your stay. Additional pool cleaning can be requested for $95 per visit.
Use of the hot tub is complimentary. Please allow up to approximately 12 hours for the hot tub to reach 100°F when necessary.
As with any mechanical equipment, occasional faults can occur. POSHPADZ cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of the hot tub or provide refunds for malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.
Important Information Before Booking
The minimum booking age is 25, and the property's maximum permitted occupancy must be observed.
Third-party bookings are not permitted. The person making the reservation must be staying at the property.
Groups who materially misrepresent their occupancy or fail to meet the minimum age requirement may be refused accommodation or have their stay terminated in accordance with the rental agreement.
The primary guest will be required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID — driver's license or passport — at least three business days before arrival.
Our normal latest check-in time is 9:00 PM. Arrivals after the permitted check-in time are subject to a $150 late-night check-in fee in accordance with the rental agreement.
There is also a $150 holiday check-in fee for arrivals on December 24, December 25, December 31 and January 1.
Garage access is not provided. Parking is available at the property.
