  • Vacation like a king! This Mediterranean villa is situated on a large 1.2 acres tucked away in a dead end street at the Jupiter farms with lush tropical landscaping. The outdoor back yard features a waterfall-style pool, jacuzzi, covered lanai, and barbecue. Completely newly furnished it offers a king master bedroom suite with a beautiful master bath, 4 extra large bedrooms with 3 queen bedroom furnished sets and 1 full bedroom sets and 2 additional full baths. Large formal living room with full pullout couch set brings the total sleeping accommodations to 12 people. Large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters cherry cabinets completely equipped with full appliances and all utensils and chinaware, ready for your enjoyment. Fully stocked with all linens for your use. Large family room with 2 37 inch flat screens. Large Washer/dryer available for your use. Three car garages available as well as additional boat/RV garage with its own driveway!


    This is it home away from home!: Close to everything only 10 minutes from all beaches.

    Serene waterfall pool, hot tub, covered lanai, barbecue grill, large full kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, newly furnished, complete set of linens and kitchen dinnerware, cooking utensils, tropical jacuzzi tub, 2 big screen tvs, comcast cable, high speed internet wireless access point, alarm, washer, dryer, 3 car garages and one additional rv/boat garage with own driveway!

    Just do it!: The activities are endless. From beach activities Jupiter offers some of the best beaches in Florida. Many parks are around the area. Jupiter Dive center offers one of the best diving sites in Florida with the huge reef right of the Jupiter inlet. Some of the best restaurants can be found in Jupiter, Palm Beach gardens, Palm Beach all within a 15 min ride. World class shopping with some of the finest boutiques in Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens. Several very large malls within a 10 min drive. Only a 15 minute ride from the West Palm Beach International Airport.

Felt like home

We came for the month of March and specifically to watch Cardinals spring training games. Short driving distance to anything we needed and the neighbor was extremely helpful. It was great having a washer and dryer and we, of course, loved the heated pool.

Tropical Paradise in Your Backyard!

Pool and hot tub in backyard were awesome, one suggestion we would make is to trim or remove the tall palms on the south side to allow more sun around the pool but still awesome outdoor area. Manager was extremely nice and answered any questions we had quickly.

Great family gathering for the holidays!

We had downsized from a big house to a Condo and did not have enough space for our family gatherings. We rented this Villa - not far from our home in Jupiter and finally got our entire clan - 8 adults and 4 children under one roof. It was a memorable experience for all of us facilitated by this big house with enough room both inside and outside and a very helpful property manager. Thank you to all who made this possible.

No hot water in one bathroom.

We rented the Spanish Villa for four nights for a family wedding weekend. When we arrived we found there was no hot water in one of the bathrooms. The plumber arrived the following afternoon and advised they could not fix during our stay. We had nine adults staying in the house and were forced to have to use just two bathrooms, which was not an ideal situation. When I reached out to the owner I asked for a reduction in the price of our stay due to the inconvenience. He told me he would only discount a future stay.

This house was the perfect get away. Cathy was amazing and so accommodating. We definitely enjoyed the hot tub but the weather was too cool for the pool.

Wonderful stay at Spanish Villa!

The rental experience was excellent. The property was well stocked and a great layout. Having a large group with ages from 4 months to 66 years , the property fit our needs perfectly! The host was very responsive and the week was awesome!

Great property manager and pool area

We loved the property manager… she was so kind and provided us with fresh eggs during our stay. The property is on a beautiful lot with a wonderful outdoor area with pool and hot tub. The grill does need to be replaced and the TV has a somewhat tricky content provider. That said we were not there to watch TV and it could be we are just not tech savvy! Overall we loved the area and had a lovely stay.

Fantastic home for our Florida family gathering!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the pool and outdoor entertaining area were an absolute highlight and Cathie the property manager was incredible - responsive, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the property for families or other large groups - especially those with children who need room to run, swim and play. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay

Had a great stay with my family at the house. Property manager Cathie was such a pleasure to work with, and any time something was needed she was quick to respond. Cathie made you feel as if you were part of her own family. Plenty of room for the family and the pool was the main attraction to the house. All the rooms had plenty of sheets and pillows.

Nice pool, lots of living space, 5 bedrooms! The first floor bed should get new mattress, it sags in middle alot. No other issues

Great House for sports tourney ......

We came down for a lacrosse event and instead of a hotel we stayed at the house. Plenty of room for all and fantastic back yard and pool area. The house is a little outdated and needs some TLC but everything worked fine and provided 5 true bedrooms. We really enjoyed our stay. Yes this house isn't near the beach but it's right off the expressway and you can be at the beach in 15min. Property manager was great!

We couldn't have asked for a better place! Kathie, who was the manager, was phenomenal!!! She addressed everything we needed and we felt like she became a life-long friend! I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Family Florida Vacation

Our Florida trip was great, our kids and grandkids all together, it was so much fun. The house was perfect, plenty big, and the pool was so nice. It did rain a lot, but we still had a Wonderfull time. Probably June is not the best month to go, next time we go like April or May weather wise. Cathy was also great, and super nice. I have to say the area of Jupiter is so plush and beautiful. Thank you so much.

The on site manager, Cathie, made our stay perfect! The rooms, beds, and living space was great for our family of 10 with two young kids. The outdoor seating was great at all times of the day. Pool was a wonderful amenity.. The kitchen was limited for serving pieces but plenty of dishes and glasses. Great stay in Jupiter!

Good home. The very nice outdoor patio where you can relax the whole day with family and kids. House is nicely maintained. You have everything you need, like at home.
