Family fun! Recently updated. Closest Unit to the Amazing Pool

  • Welcome to Kaanapali Royal’s H-102 vacation rental. Completely remodeled in June 2019. 2 bed 2 bath condo with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a twin sleeper in master sitting area..
    Everything is brand new. The unit was remodeled from top to bottom.

    Onsite amenities include an outdoor heated pool and lighted tennis and basketball courts.

    Kaanapali Royal is located on the famous Kaanapali Golf Course and a short walk to Whaler’s Village and the best beaches in West Maui.

We had an amazing stay at Heathers condo. We have stayed at the Kaanapali Royal for years and this might be our favorite condo and host! Heather was super responsive with a minor fan issue we had and with rebooting the internet. So helpful! And the condo had everything and more than we needed. The ground floor location is amazing for getting to the pool, especially nice with little kids. We would love to stay at Heathers condo again when we come back! Would definitely recommend!

Loved our Maui stay!

This is the first time we've stayed away from the ocean, but this property provided more space we were craving and this place was absolutely perfect! We loved the recent remodel, large entertaining areas, well-equipped kitchen, and the extra seating the outdoors provided. The owners were also wonderful to work with and we will definitly return!

Great location, excellent accommodations

My family, with kids aged 9 to 19, stayed at this complex and everyone loved it. This unit was clean and well stocked with necessities for a great vacation. The beach, shops and restaurants are a short walk away. The free shuttle was also very convenient. Great location, we would highly recommend it.

Very family!

Perfect spot for my family of 5. Incredibly close to the pool and hot tub. Walking distance to whalers village and beach and close to safeway and other locations for creature comforts. Condo was also very comfortable and stylish. Loved our time there. Thank you!

Relaxing time with family in paradise.

Had a great time in Maui. Our condo was spacious and clean and had lots of great amenities. We didn’t have a view of the ocean but we were right by the pool and a short walk down the hill to Whalers Village and the beach.

Another Great Stay

This was our second time staying here. No less than our perfect stay the previous time. Our hosts are wonderful ... accommodating and very communicative. The place is well-appointed, clean and comfortable. Can't wait to return to what is becoming "home".

Wonderful location on maui

Heather and Jay are awesome! We had a wonderful time at this property and it is definitely the most convenient unit on this property! The pool is a stones throw away and there’s a nice grassy area for the kids to play while you sit on the lanai and enjoy a nice cocktail. Wonderful place for families and I highly recommend this property for your stay on Maui.

Best stay ever!

My family and I stayed at Heather and Jay’s condo for Thanksgiving and it met every expectation and then some! It was clean, new, stocked with everything you’d need and the location is incredible. Heather and Jay were extremely responsive and informative. What a lovely place. We look forward to our next visit!

Great space and location

This is our second time staying here and it won't be the last! The place is very spacious, perfect for couples or a small family. Both bedrooms have comfortable king-size beds, the kitchen is functional and nicely updated, and you're within walking distance to Whaler's Village. We highly recommend this place to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

Spacious bedrooms with private baths

All rooms and the patio are very large and the space works well for two couples. The decor was beautiful and the location is excellent for easy access to Whaler's village. Very quiet complex. The owner was quick to respond to a minor maintenance issue.

Amazing stay and accommodation!

This space was perfect for our family! The condo owners were amazing with sweet treats left for us upon arrival, to everything we needed in the bathroom and for the beach! Extremely easy to communicate with! We were also just right up from the pool which made really easy access! As well as a short walk to Whalers Village and black rock beach and really access to drive to anywhere!! Would love to stay here again!

A Wonderful Accommodation!

My husband and 2 adult children stayed at Heather's place for a week. The accommodations were wonderful, as indicated, and well located. Check in and out was easy. The place had chairs, umbrella, boogie boards for us to use. Heather was very responsive to any question we had. We were very pleased and would return!

Beautiful property close to everything

We loved this condo. It is the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed and so nice! The bed I slept in was so comfortable. The location is awesome. They have beach chairs, a wagon and boogie boards loved it and would stay again. We did beach in the morning and pool in the afternoon while the baby napped. We didn’t use them but I saw a pack and play and baby gate as well.
