Awesome place to relax and enjoy beautiful views of the beach. I’ve stayed in these condos many times over the years and I’ll keep coming back. Super friendly staff and great food onsite as well! Condo was clean and well maintained with everything needed.. Excellent value

Great stay

The whole process was easy and seamless from booking to advance info to check in. The property was really nice and while it wasn’t the most amazing food, it was really nice having a restaurant right on site. An added bonus is that there is a grocery store across the street and a food truck park next door that is open every evening with a coffee truck open in the morning. The condo was very clean and seemed well stocked for the beach with chairs, boogie board, and towels. It’s quite a far walk from the parking garage to the unit because the condo is toward the beach but the ocean views made up for that. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

Great home base for a West Maui vacation

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. There were restaurants, grocery store, shops, etc within walking distance. The resort grounds were lush and beautiful. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the beach towels and chairs were nice to have. There was plenty of dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing unit

This condo was absolutely beautiful well cared and maintained. The unit is in the kaanapali shores which has amazing amenities beautiful pools , beach and other amenities. The owner had great communication. Would highly recommend unit. We had a great time.

Condo was excellent for four adults. Well located with great view of sunsets across the ocean. Nice pools and surprisingly good restaurant on premises. Grocery shopping nearby.

Amazing location wonderful conddo

Views are amazing property is awesome. Could walk to stores and restaurants. Management company was wonderful. I had a minor issue on New Year’s Eve (my fault) I texted and called received a reply in 5 minutes!!! Best experience after coming to Maui for 8 years will definitely be back. Comfortable and clean property well stocked.

Great Family Vacation Condo

This condo was perfect for our needs. We have 2 teenagers and it was really nice that they had their own space. The condo is in a prime location within the resort. It is on the 4th floor and is the 2nd unit from oceanfront. Great view of the beach and overlooks the pool that is more on the quiet side. The unit had brand new kitchen appliances, plenty of towels, beach chairs and a cooler. The building itself could use a face lift- new carpet, fresh paint, minor repairs. But overall, we loved staying here and would do so again! BONUS: The resort is located just north of Whaler's Village, just a 5 minute drive away. There is a food truck area less than a 5 minute walk away. Make sure to go to Slappy Cakes for breakfast in the shopping center across the street from the food trucks.

Wonderful vacation!

The view and the beach were perfect. Easy check in process. The condo was lovely- had everything we needed. The only issue we had was that we noticed an odor when we would come back to the room each day- my husband thought it was just because it was an older property. It never bothered us while we were there - just when we would first walk in.

Well stocked and great location on the property!

We were thrilled to find lots of quality each chairs and boogie boards plus beach towels which isn't always common at Hawaiian VRBO rentals! The particular unit was a great location or viewing the ocean but also far enough away from the lobby to be nicely quiet in later evenings and mornings!

Our first Hawaiian getaway since the start of Covid

The property, KS 403 was amazing. The unit was spacious, very clean, with high end appliances in the kitchen. Ample paper product supplies were included which meant we didn't have to purchase anything. We had our own beach chairs and towels which impressed our adult daughter. We would differently stay here again.

Great sunsets

Comfortable beds!! Great views!! The only problem was the keypad stop working. We couldn’t get in the place and it was lunchtime. Our wallets were in the room. So hungry. Came out after an hour or so. Overall, great place. We came here for our honeymoon and now our 20th anniversary

Decent for the price

Overall, it was adequate for the first leg of our 2 week stay in Maui. There was decent space with all the amenities you need for a beach front stay. However, the cleanliness was mediocre at best . The bed sheets appeared clean but smelled like the previous guests. Lastly, the bathrooms had some wear and tear but the smell of urine was very noticeable. Not sure where it was coming from but it certainly made us question the quality of housekeeping.

A Gem in Paradise

This condo was perfect for our family. Very clean, close to the ocean with a terrific view from the balcony. The complex had a great resort-like atmosphere, with a restaurant, bar and nightly entertainment. You don't often deal directly with the management company when you rent through vrbo, but I want to applaud the management of this unit, Maui Paradise Properties. When we checked out and flew from Maui to Kauai, my wife had accidentally left her wallet in the condo. She was going crazy trying to remember where she left it when Lei-Ann from MPP called to let us know they found it while cleaning the condo. We weren't going back to Maui, so she immediately offered to ship it to our home. It arrived the day after we arrived home. Such a relief and really we appreciate how great they treated us. MAHALO!!

Perfect location and amenities

We had a great time during our one-week stay, hated to leave, and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!! OK so the condo interior might be a wee bit dated as others have said in reviews, but who cares about that with this amazing view, location and amenities?! This unit has one of the best locations on the property, and the property has one of the best locations on Maui. We made frequent use of the provided beach chairs and resort beach towels and swam at the resort's sandy beach daily. We walked across the street to the supermarket and to the nearby food trucks and restaurants and other resorts, but it was a quick drive in light traffic to many other beaches, restaurants and shops. The Aston Ka'anapali Shores is mature, but has easy parking, a good and fairly priced beach bar and restaurant, and some lovely shops on property. All employees were friendly, and they seemed to be cleaning the resort constantly. The unit was also spotless, and the beds were super comfortable. It was plenty spacious for our family of four and the water pressure was great. The resort was quiet at night and lively during the day. Even better than we hoped it would be!!!

The renting process was easy. The facility/condo was old. Door missing in bathroom. False ceiling in bathroom stained. Poor quality towels and toilet paper. Much smaller than anticipated. Asked for second bedroom beds to be together, they were not. Felt very second rate, I feel I paid top dollar for a old, unkept condo.
