    The Space:

    Welcome to Ka'anapali Royal – Your Island Escape in the Heart of West Maui



    Nestled on the lush fairways of the Ka’anapali Golf Course, Ka'anapali Royal is a private resort community offering a refined blend of relaxation and island adventure. Located just above the world-famous Ka’anapali Beach, this gated property places you minutes from the best that Maui has to offer.



    Enjoy a peaceful, residential setting while being just a short stroll to Whalers Village, a vibrant hub of upscale shopping, oceanfront dining, and local entertainment. From snorkeling in crystal-clear waters to sunset sails and beachside luaus, you’ll have endless ways to explore the island right at your doorstep.



    The resort features a heated swimming pool, hot tub, and tennis and basketball courts, perfect for winding down after a day of adventure. With panoramic golf course views and tropical landscaping throughout, the atmosphere is tranquil and welcoming.



    Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a long-term escape, Ka’anapali Royal offers the ideal combination of comfort, convenience, and true aloha spirit.



    *Important. A one time $160.00 Parking Fee Is required, whether you are staying 1 night, or 30 nights.  This is paid directly to the Resort Front Desk when you arrive.

    Guests will have access to the entire unit



    The Neighborhood:

    West Maui in the heart of Kaanapali. Short walk to Whalers Village, complete with shops, restaurants and nearby beaches! Located on the 16th Hole of Kaanapali Royal Golf Course.



    Getting Around:

    We advise renting a car for best Maui access. Ride Shares are also available.



    Other Things to Note:

    Pool hours 8am- 10pm

    Tennis courts / pickle ball , 8am-10pm

    We offer pickleball gear, but not tennis, but you can rent from office.

    Gas grill on Lanai, and another bbq is at pool



    Interaction with Guests:

    We have a team standing by to answer any messages, but we will be leaving you alone to enjoy your vacation!

Great place for family and friends to stay and play! The location, the pool, hot tub and overall property was perfect. Plenty of interior space with all the amenities and nicely stocked pantry of spices, etc. It's a 5 star property!

Family vacation

This condo’s location and amenities are incredible. It was the perfect place to call our home for over a week. The owner is one of the best we’ve rented from, he provided a wealth of information prior to our trip and was very easy to communicate with prior to and during our stay. We’ll gladly stay here again.

Maui Dream

We enjoyed our visit to Maui and the location and accommodations of the condo were ideal for our trip. The beach was a short walk away and the peacefulness of the home and surroundings was more than relaxing. Extremely comfortable and roomy. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to the island.

Beautiful place

We enjoyed our stay. This beautiful condo was big and comfortable enough for our family of two adults and three kids age 4 - 10yo. Great swimming pool was just few steps away from the condo. The owner was very helpful.

Perfect property!

This is the second time staying at this property and was still a perfect place to stay! Very nice pool and the condo has everything you need. Snorkel gear came in handy for our first time adventurers. We would definitely stay here again and even our friends said they would also!

Great Place - Excellent location

We loved our stay at this condo. It was perfect for our group. Ground floor made getting to the pool easy and the lanai was a wonderful place to enjoy a sunset. It was well outfitted and comfortable. Recommend!

This is a fantastic vacat...

This is a fantastic vacation rental. Impeccably clean, and the recent remodel is top-notch. New stove, new master bath, great finishes and clear attention to detail, a great place to bring the family for a very relaxing week on Maui. The unit is only steps away from the pool and is great for kids. This rates as the top condo we have rented.

Awesome condo!

We had a fantastic stay in K102! The location was great, near everything but not right in the busy areas. The pool was never busy and the condo had everything we needed plus more. Especially enjoyed having the beach chairs available. Rod was also very easy to communicate with and checked in regularly to make sure everything was ok. We would come back for sure!

Beautiful condo

We stay at the kaanapali Royal every year, and this condo is gorgeous and in a great location right off the pool. Debi the owner is just so nice and thoughtful and made our Maui stay this year easy and wonderful!!

We would do it again!

My entire family loved it! I have two teenage boys that appreciated having their own beds and bath on the other side of the condo. The pool was nice and never crowded. The condo had all the amenities we needed. Very close to the shopping center and beach.

Another Great Stay at Debi and Rod's Enchanted Maui!

This was my fourth stay at the Royal, and the second stay at Debi and Rod's Enchanted Maui. It does not get any better than this. I felt like I was at my home away from home. What a pleasure.

Perfect central location with all the comfort of home.

The apartment was very well equipped with all the items you need during a vacation here. It was clean and comfortable and Debi and Rod were very easy to communicate with. The apartment is situated very near the main shopping area and beach area. We would definitely recommend this to our friends.

Excellent family stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was immaculately clean, comfortable beds, black out curtains, spacious, conveniently located in Kaanapali, fitted out with everything we needed in the kitchen (incl. good quality pans), etc. It was like a home-away-from-home but even better! Rod was very responsive and helpful, and gave great tips on activities and restaurants. It was perfect for our family!

Excellent Unit

Stayed at many Kaanapali Royal units because of the perfect location (walk to Black Rock, Whaler’s Village, close to Lahaina and Kapalua) and this unit is the best one. Anything/everything you need is there. Will definitely return.

"Enchanting Maui" lives up to its title!

This was my third stay at the Royal, and this was the best unit that I have stayed in. Absolutely the best accommodations and wonderful location. Extremely well equipped. Debi and Rod outdid themselves to make me feel welcome. I felt like I was in my home-away-from-home. These people are the family you get to choose.

My family and I had a wonderful time in Maui and staying at the Enchanting Maui was perfect. Condo was spacious and provided us all the amenities we needed. Great hosts and beautiful yet accessible place to live

This is a beautiful home to stay with family where the home is neatly organised and the home is equipped with everything you need. It is a home away from home. Debi is such a great host and easy to communicate with. The location is about an approx 10 min walk from whalers village and the beach. It is located on the golf courses of Kaanapali. We would recommend anyone to stay here and it is very family friendly! We would hire this property again.
