    Kaanapali Royal es un hermoso complejo de condominios ubicado en el campo de golf Royal Kaanapali, sede del Torneo Senior PGA. El Kaanapali Royal, aunque ubicado dentro del famoso Kaanapali Beach Resort, está ubicado en un campo de golf lo suficientemente alejado de los complejos de gran altura que atraen a miles de visitantes. Puede disfrutar de todas las maravillosas características del resort sin sentirse abrumado por las multitudes. Nos gusta estar enclavados en nuestra pequeña área privada, pero estamos lo suficientemente cerca como para caminar por el hermoso sendero que conduce a través de los dos campos de golf directamente a la playa Kaanapali de tres millas. El mismo camino es casi un tiro directo a Whalers Village, el centro comercial al aire libre más grande de Maui.     Hemos cerrado nuestro lanai extendido fuera de la habitación de invitados que permite el espacio justo para un rincón privado para leer o incluso si es necesario el espacio suficiente para un futón adicional para un niño pequeño. Nuestra ropa de cama existente permite hasta 6 personas. Rey en la habitación principal, dos gemelos en el dormitorio de invitados y un sofá cama Queen.

    Cenar al aire libre es fácil con nuestra gran mesa de lanai con asientos amplios para 6-7 personas. Tenemos una buena parrilla de propano y un fregadero seco afuera para mayor comodidad. Puedes caminar directamente por el lanai hacia un ��rea de césped bellamente cuidada. Estamos ubicados muy cerca de la piscina.

    El plano de planta de nuestro condominio es bastante amplio, con más de 1900 pies cuadrados, lo que permite un montón de privacidad si viajas con una gran familia. Nuestra empresa de administración es muy complaciente, así que no dude en utilizar sus servicios. Actividades en la isla, alquiler de automóviles o asistencia para necesidades especiales de alquiler, tal vez una cuna o un cochecito para los más pequeños.

    Estamos introduciendo nuestro condominio en el programa de alquiler y ahora ofrecemos excelentes tarifas de valor introductorio por un tiempo limitado. Esperamos que aproveches y visites a menudo.

We so enjoyed staying at this property for our family vacation and 25th wedding anniversary. Well- stocked kitchen for cooking at the house, beach chairs, towels and boogie boards supplied to use at the beach, grill washer and dryer, nice back porch as well as plenty of space to accommodate our family. We have a very memorable time and would definitely return to enjoy more of Maui fromthis location.

Hawaiian escape

We had a wonderful visit in Hawaii. The location for this home is great. It was spacious for our family of 4. The bathrooms and appliances could be updated but overall it was a perfect place for our family vacation

Lovely quiet location

Loved the quiet location in proximity to the beach very nearby, within a 10 minute walk around golf course. Pool also very close.

Location is perfect for family

Family vacation with two adult sons.ovation is just a short walk to everything. Kitchen was great for breakfast daily. . Lanai is beautiful. We grilled by the pool one night. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and space

This was our second stay at the Kaanapali Royal. The location is ideal for visiting the various beaches, black rock, Whaler's village, Lahaina, etc. We loved the layout of the condo, and having a large living room, kitchen, multiple bedrooms/bathrooms make staying here a no-brainer vs. staying at a hotel. We loved how we could access the pool by exiting from the porch.

had all the things we needed - stocked kitchen, beach equipment was very helpful, getting to beach and Whaler's village was tricky if walking. Parking on site was extremely expensive-- ridiculous to not have a pass for visitors to use. shampoo/conditioner/soap was teeny tiny

Walkable

Very spacious! There was plenty of room and even areas we did not use such as the front patio and a side room off the second bedroom. The master was large with a separate dressing area. The living room was very spacious as well. The location was a win for our teens with a ten minute walk to the beaches, snorkeling with turtles, black rock jumping, and Whaler’s Village shopping and dining. We were very pleased!

Great Family Holiday Option

This property was conveniently located a few minutes walk to Whalers Village and beaches while the complex has a variety of amenities (inc pool & BBQ) that we were able to easily access and use. This made it all very easy for our family (parents & three teenagers, 15 18 & 19) to come and go as we wanted. The property manager was very responsive and the check-in process very easy. The unit is as it appears in the photos and had all that we needed inc. beach accessories and towels. It was a great base for the handful of days we spent on the island.

Maui BFR

Property very nice. Close to pool and jacuzzi. Played pickleball. View is beautiful. Lanai is great for evening sunset and anytime 15 minute walk to whalers village and the beach. There were 6 of us. Spacious and had everything you need. Pull out couch for 2 guests not comfortable(most are not). Felt bad they chose to sleep on the regular couch for 8 nights. Overall I highly recommend and would stay again.

Customer Service is about how you treat a client when something goes wrong. Driving from Kahului to Kaanapali was scenic and enjoyable for us. When we pulled up to the gate of the property, for the Royal Kaanapali, I saw I had missed texts, emails, and a call from "London", of Maui Beachfront Rentals, who was quite obviously frustrated that I was not responding to her. Turns out the unit had a plumbing problem and check-in would be delayed for a few hours. Having been in customer service myself for 40 years, I found myself reflexively apologizing to her for her inconvenience, because she was agitated with me. A short time later "London" called to say the problem was worse than expected, and the unit would not be available at all for 24-48 hours. She then offered an alternative property, smaller and 3 miles fromour original booking. She was steering me toward giving up on the original unit altogether, even though our booking was for 8 days. She also stated we would be getting a refund, which was just the difference in cost of the two units, after questioning her further. When I hesitated to accept the alternative location for the week, she used a "take it or leave it" approach, my response being "we have nowhere else to go". I had to ask her if we could get back to our original location after the issue was resolved. Maui Beachfront Rentals is not equipped to handle adversity with courtesy and professionalism. You have other options if interested in Royal Kaanapali Resort.

Great location for family gathering

Great overall location for a family holiday gathering. Some hiccoughs with the check-in: information that was transmitted regarding gate code was incorrect; since we arrived late in the evening when property management office was closed, we called the "emergency #" as directed--no answer. Snuck in through the gate behind a car going in and clarified the gate code through the condominium association office the next morning. Property management company was surprised to learn it had changed. Next hiccough was a nonworking gas grill and then dishwasher. Property management replaced the grill quickly, but no functional dishwasher for our stay was disappointing, especially since we asked for and were denied a reasonable compensation. I recognize that we were traveling during the "high season" and that the taxes and fees included in the nightly rate were not received by the owner, but it would have been an act of good will to refund us a small amount for the inconvenience. (Maui is expensive and our budget including cooking in as much as possible, but we had planned on having a functional dishwasher). The positives (and there are many): this is a spacious condominium, comfortable for a family to have privacy and "together" time. The outdoor lanai overlooks a golf course, is a 15 minute walk to a beautiful beach with snorkeling and cliff jumping, and is just 50 yards from a meticulously maintained pool and hot tub. Everyone was able to do what they wanted when they wanted to. The condominium was comfortable , safe, and generally quiet. Would recommend for a family stay.

Wonderful stay in Kaanapali Royal L-101

The unit was spacious, full of light, and the judge lanai was wonderful for us to sit and eat our meals while we looked at the golf course and beyond. We would stay here again.

Perfect for a family

Our family of four loved the space and location of this wonderful unit! It was large, clean, well-stocked and comfortable. We appreciated the full-sized washer and dryer and the use of beach towels and chairs.

Golf Course Condo

Very nice place and great location on the Kaanapali golf course next to the pool, quiet, relaxing. A short walk to the beach and shops. A little outdated and some rugs and furniture are mild-moderately worn. Parking fees not included and not clearly communicated prior to booking, $20/day. Otherwise, staff and management were wonderful and accommodating.

A little disappointed

Location was great. When we arrived Air conditioning was not working. Called desk. They had repair guy out and said unit needed to be replaced but wouldn’t be done before we left. They brought in 2 portable AC units. Took the edge off for sleeping. Everything else was great. Was rough not having AC in peak summer.

Wonderful, wonderful!

Loved this condo! Located in a quiet, peaceful area but close enough to get to beaches and Whaler’s Village. The condo was so comfortable, spacious and beautiful. Loved the lanai.
