The condo was clean and stocked with enough towels, laundry detergent, etc for us to use for the week. The view was absolutely amazing (even though the deck doesn’t really look like this picture with the pretty decorations). We were able to see whales, dolphins, rainbows, and sunsets off the deck.

The location of the Mahana cannot be beat and an oceanfront condo is very scarce in Kaanapali. With this particular studio condo, everything was great. Maui Paradise Properties welcome instructions on how to get parking pass were good. Entry instructions were good. Kitchen was exceptionally stocked for the amount of space available in a studio. Condo felt spacious. There was plenty of room between bed, dining, and kitchen areas. Highly recommend this condo and Maui Paradise Properties.

Rest and relaxation

This oceanfront condo, with a balcony overlooking the ocean, was not only extremely reasonable for the location, it was quiet and relaxing. Just a short walk to Dukes, one of our favorite places to eat and drink. If you are taking children, I would recommend one of the resorts by Dukes, that has a water slide, multiple pools, and multiple hot tubs. However, you will definitely pay more for the extra amenities. I will definitely book the same condo again because of their great price and location!!!!! Thank you for contributing to an amazing vacation!!!

Beautiful View!

The view was simply amazing, right on the beach. The studio suite was very clean and comfortable. It was very easy to check in. Loved listening to the waves. Lots of whales, some turtles and even saw a ray skipping over the waves. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay! The Mahana grounds are beautiful and close to some amazing food trucks, eateries and grocery. Easy check in information provided, unit was as described, exceptionally clean and well stocked! Unparalleled views from the Lanai! Come with Binoculars and enjoy whales breeching and turtles popping up while you enjoy your morning coffee! My wife and I have already booked this unit for next year! The only thing to consider with this unit is if you are a light sleeper. Being so close to the ocean can be very loud and weather stripping to the lanai doors could be added. It wouldn’t stop the noise, but would help. Tip would be to bring some ear plugs just incase, to ensure a restful night’s sleep if you are a light sleeper!

Truly paradise. It was exactly as pictured and described, but the wow factor of the view from the lanai can’t be overstated. Condo was clean and well appointed with beach chairs, beach towels, laundry & dishwasher pods, coffee & a comfy bed. Property is right on the beach, with daily turtle & whale sightings from the lanai. The washing machine was a little loud & would have liked.the use of binoculars, but would 100% recommend & stay again.

Early glitches

Overall the room would have been fine, except it was in disrepair when we got here. The slider to the lanai was broken, so we couldn’t get fresh air, worse- the AC didn’t work because the slider had a sensor that automatically shut it down. Brutally hot first two nights- no sleep. They finally fixed it on 3rd day. From then on it was fine. I asked for a credit for the 1st 2 nights. No response from Managers. Unreasonable that they rented us a room that they know was not as advertised

Perfect Views of Paradise

The property had everything we needed and more. When booking a place the view was our top priority. It was stunning to wake up and have breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the balcony. I will say you can still hear everything outside like the wind but the waves were so soothing. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice For A Condo

Let me start by saying we are not condo people. But for a condo, this was nice! There is a gorgeous view of the ocean from the patio, that seems very private until you hear the neighbor next to you belching. I guess that is part of condo life! We also had much noise from the neighbors above us on our last night (it sounded like an aerobics class from 1:00 am to 5:00 in the morning!) If that had happened our first night we would have checked out and stayed elsewhere. Fortunately, the sound of the ocean drowns out most noise, and that part was lovely. The unit itself is tiny (very small bathroom!) but was nice. We did buy some tropical flowers to spruce it up since it was a bit stark in ambiance (but at least not tacky on decor). Be aware that that kitchen has nothing other than plates, utensils and pans. No salt, pepper, coffee, etc. The kitchen was helpful for light breakfast but I don’t think you could actually cook a meal there. The condo complex is pretty and the pool looked nice and the location is good. Plenty of easy parking which was appreciated. Property manager was attentive and check in directions we rather lengthy and confusing but it all worked. I would not stay here again but it wasn’t horrible either. Just not quite the experience we were looking for.

Fair unit with number of problems including management

Condo is equipped with outdated appliances, floor was dirty, patio doors was difficult to open, kitchen silverware was incomplete, Tv was broken, and it appears that unit management is fair at best. Will not come back.

Perfect Maui Location

This unit had everything we could have wanted and more! The views were amazing and almost felt like it was right on the water. A beautiful long sandy beach and boardwalk connects to lots of other resorts so there were many options for dinner or drinks. The pool area was a quiet refuge to tan on a lounge chair or unwind at the end of the day. We will come again!
