Amazing Location/View!

To sum up the stay in room 808, it was spectacular and super clean! Easy check in with amazing views every second. Turtles & whales all day! Would definitely stay again! Loved it!

Stunning view with a great location

This one bedroom condo had a stunning view and plenty of space for my family of four. The condo was well equipped with everything you would need to prep a meal for a night in and the proximity to the beach made beach days easy. The living room was a great size for all of us -with space to spare. There are restaurants, food trucks, and a grocery store within walking distance. You must try Vida’s coffee truck for excellent coffee! Also, communication with the property management company was very easy. Great place to stay!!

A Perfect Getaway

What an amazing condo! Perfect location - right on the water, easy beach access, close to food carts and grocery store. Absolutely cannot beat the views-amazing! We saw turtles and whales from the balcony every day. My perfect stays made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Maui was everything we wanted it to be and we will definitely be booking this place again!

Maui vacation

We LOVED the condo, the location and how relaxing it was to be there. Waking up to the sound of waves, reading a book and enjoying coffee while the boats go by was a great way to start each morning. There was an issue with one of the window shades, which we promptly reported & am sure it will be fixed. We would definitely stay here again next year.

This is my third stay at Maui Kai, but the first in this unit. The things I like the most about Maui Kai are the location, the view., and the fact that it is not a resort. MK 808, like the other condos I have stayed in, are slightly dated but comfortable. Everything is available to make the stay enjoyable including beach chairs, snorkeling equipment and binoculars.

Awesome views and location

My wife and I had a great time in Maui. This condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Great views of the beaches and sunset. Clean and well equipped. The manager replaced the TV we were having an issue with promptly, which I was not expecting.

Beautiful views from 808

The view was the highlight of this place. We got to see turtles from the window and watch people snorkel from the beach below. The sunsets were so beautiful to watch from the comfy seats and the windows open. Condo was clean, linens were fresh and rooms were as pictured. Fast internet if you're needing to work remotely here too. There is a nice beach below and it's walking distance to some good local cafes/lunch spots. Close to whalers village and Napili bay beach. Highly recommend and we will return again next year!

Great View, Great Location, Great Stay

The apartment is located in a very nice area, just by a very nice beach, restaurants and shops. The Lanai view is also something incredible, I could stay all day long just watching the sea, the sunset and turtles swimming around. The apartment is also really good, really comfortable, but it needs some repairs on the blinds. It was frustrating to not have the complete view as it is advertised on the website.

Amazing place!

What a wonderful place! The whale and turtle watching was top notch. It was great to have the little things in the kitchen, spices, herbs, and every kitchen gadget you could need. We liked that it was not so resort-e. We BBQed and hung out at the pool. It was great to hear the waves breaking at night, well all the time. The only drawback was a few windows need to be replaced for cross ventilation. It was tricky to keep them open. Would stay again.

Beautiful oceanfront End Unit

The good-sized unit was full of light and was a front row seat for the whales. Conveniently Located near grocery stores and restaurants. Nicely decorated. There is no lanai but the big windows open wide so it's nearly the same. A lot of posted rules & potential fines about using towels, sand, etc which weren't very welcoming - probably better to use less fancy towels and other measures for guests.

What a view!

The location was ideal, with a wonderful snorkeling beach to the south, sunrise views from the bedroom, and sunsets over Lana'i and Molokai. We appreciated the AC and the option to turn it off and fully experience the wind and sounds from the waves. We saw turtles from the balcony almost every day and saw a pod of dolphins playing near a sail boat one day. The condo was clean and comfortable. Two small improvements would be a better tv in the living room and an upgraded bedroom mattress. We really enjoyed our stay in Maui Kai 808. Thank you!

An incredible stay

The view from this property is absolutely breathtaking, and it was a truly memorable stay. We could see turtles swimming from our lanai. I loved that there was a snorkeling set in a closet, as well as an umbrella and two chairs. The condo is well stocked, but definitely bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The only thing that felt weird was lots of faux plants everywhere - it felt cheap - it would be so much better with something like zz plants and snake plants- they really can survive for a long long time without water.

Great view

The photos and real life are a bit off with this property! Don’t get me wrong, it was very clean, AHHhmazing views, and had your basic needs. We really only slept and showered here. It’s a bit dated and needs a little help. The windows leak A LOT of air. It sounded like a whistle in the bedroom. Kitchen has everything you need. The beach towels, chairs and snorkel gear are perfect. There is a food truck area that you can walk to. Across from the trucks is a little strip with all that too could need.

Location, Location, Location

Great location,couldn't have asked for a better place. Very close to everything. The unit is small and a couple of disappointing things to us was the bedroom window was broken(couldn't slide up)so we couldn't get any air so the room was stuffy. We normally don't like the AC at night. The blind to a very large window in dining area would not go up. The draw string would not roll it up. Called Perfect Stay and they got someone to come look at it but not fixable so that really took away from being able to view the beach in the morning while having breakfast or dinner. It would be to the best interest of the owner to fix those two things. Everything else was great. Only two of us stayed for 1 week. If you have more than 2 in your party I think 2 would sleep on sofa bed which is the couch in the living room. No privacy there LOL, Otherwise, it was good no other issues and it was clean. Thank you so much we enjoyed our stay.
