Pros: Communication with host was great. Always quick to respond If I had a question. The room was very clean and the view was as advertised (peekaboo ocean and beautiful sunrise over the mountains view). There was plenty of shampoo/body wash, laundry/dish soap, paper towels and trash bags. There was a bag of coffee, small box of candies and a refillable water bottle waiting for us (2 would be nice for a couple)Cons: the sofa and living room chair were old looking and uncomfortable. The bed was very uncomfortable and probably should be replaced. The chairs and cooler were nice but we missed the Tommy Bahama chairs that the condos we rent usually have as they have pockets and are much much lighter to carry to the beach.
