Great resort vacation

We had a great stay in Honua Kai Resort. The property is very nice. The unit is lovely, well furnished and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.

Great family resort

The location and on site amenities were wonderful! The staff was all super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, and set up just as we requested upon arrival. The kids LOVED the pools! A few areas of improvement that we noticed is that there was not a lot of room to store all of our suitcases or dresser space for our clothes. It made navigating the bedrooms a little difficult. It would also have been nice to have more towel bars or at least some towel rings to hang the hand towels in the bathroom. Lastly, there was no pantry or cabinet space in the kitchen to store our food, which meant our counters became very cluttered. Overall, a great unit and a great resort. We will definitely be back!

Great service, clean condo, great location

My family and I loved our stay. Kids loved easy access to the pools and the beach. We found out that the dryer wasnt working and let the front desk know and they came and fixed it quick and effectively. Will definately stay again if we are ever on Maui again.

Best stay in Maui

Loved this unit and property. From the beginning to the end, best stay ever. Loved all the room and full kitchen. Communication was the best and they responded to my question and request expeditiously and with ultimate satisfaction. I am looking forward to staying in this same unit again the next time we come to Maui.

Great property

My family and I had a great time staying at this property. The condo was exceptionally clean upon arrival and we had all the necessary things throughout our stay. It was comfortable for 5. Only complaint was the big construction vehicles parked right in our view looking towards the ocean.

First time at Honua Kai

After multiple years of looking to rent at Honua Kai, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was nicely situated in the resort, clean and beautiful. We'd go back!

Great stay as always at Honua Kai

We have stayed at Honua Kai for the last four years. We love the property for many reasons. Everything about our experience was wonderful. Easy and quick communication. Check-in/check-out process was easy. The condo itself was lovely. Updated furniture. Stocked kitchen and supplies. Honestly, nothing negative. Would highly recommend the condo especially for older kids/teens. The twin beds are rare but perfect for our teens. The second bedroom has sliding doors so I would recommend sound machine app so as not to disturb people if you're an early riser.

Amazing Stay

Our family loved this place so much. When we asked our kids(4 & 6) what they thought of Hawaii on a scale of 1-10... One of them replied, 65! We loved the resort, proximity to the beach, towns, etc.

A great stay

The property is perfect. The best of both worlds in a resort style location with pools and amenities and a full condo with full kitchen. Loved the views off the balcony of both the mountain and the ocean. Nice updating in the condo unit. Plenty of room in the condo and the resort for the whole family. Within walking distance to grocery store and tons of food options, including a very close food truck park which we especially liked. Would come back again in a heart beat. Thank you!

Fantastic vacation in Maui!

Our family of 4 had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful property! It was just as described and the property was beautiful! Loved the path along the ocean for my morning walk! Hope to come back!

Nice 2 bed qith partial ocean view

This place had it all! We cooked in the kitchen. And it had everything we needed. Great reef right out on the beach with good snorkeling-bring water shoes to avoid cuts! Recommend and would stay again! Beautiful resort!

Morning sun

This room is located in such a way that when the sun comes up you can't stay on the balcony. To direct and intense. If we were on a different side of the building we would have been fine. Love the room, very nice!

Amazing getaway

Family Fun in Hawaii Sun

Overall the stay was great. A few minor things but nothing that would prevent us from staying here again. The sliding glass door was broken so I was a bit bummed we could not open this door especially in the evenings. Bathroom is a little outdated. Towel machines at the resort were broken every day which was a bit frustrating. Resort staff are amazing, room very nice, balcony has both a mountain and ocean (partial view). Gym was great and pool was fun for the kids. Thank you for making LONG needed vacation great. We plan to come back next year. Mahalo
