“This hotel is a little bit dated, but it is elegant in its own way and has the most remarkable electronics and conveniences I've ever seen in a hotel. The disadvantages that none of the instructions are in English and it's hard to find anyone who understands English well enough to explain it to you 134 with your boarding pass! I'm getting”

“I was not aware when booking this hotel the it is a “love hotel” even though that is not why I was in Tokyo. that being said my stay was amazing. The location in Shinjuku is very convenient and the room is very spacious. The amenities were great, the shower was huge with a jacuzzi tub. There was in room karaoke and a massage chair that was fantastic for relaxing after days filled with walking.”

“The experience was amazing, the crew was really helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant was delicious. They give us a welcome beer, love it!”

“Very spacious rooms, had amenities quite cheap if you need them including but not limited to juice, soda and water. Bathroom and shower area were super clean and very nice. Best hotel I’ve stayed in while I’ve been in Tokyo. Great job guys I will definitely be coming back❤️”
