Kuleana # 416 es una unidad de esquina de segundo piso única en el océano. Además del lanai frente al mar, hay una gran ventana corrediza en el lado de la cocina con vistas al mar que miran hacia la costa sur hacia Kaanapali. Thai was tremendous help to all of the people during his bedtime with the fire. The whole staff was

The red dust it was all over the condo couldn’t be clean properly because there was no mop Russ to do that and then when the electricity went out because of the fires, we weren’t even able to use the washer and dryer to wash things and we had to keep here windows open in order to breathe because of the heat overall love the Nicely taken care of workers there are unbelievable they should all be recalled rewarded for their kindness. I will always think highly of Juliana. We have stayed there and advertise before this unit was exactly located just the red dust everywhere that much anyone to do about that I suppose.

Good for couples but not large geoups

This was our third time at this resort. We had a large group- 6 couples in 6 different units. We were gathering as a reunion. As long as we didn’t gather together on the property itself (including the grassy area, the pool, and the BBQs) or in any of our rooms, we were ok. But when we tried to eat together or visit at night, we were automatically shut down by the security guard, regardless of time of day. We were told we needed to fill out paperwork but nobody from the office returned our calls to do so. The Kuleana is great value and ideal for couples who want a quiet getaway. But not for families or friends traveling together-unless you plan to eat out and stay out at night. Our unit was partially updated-of the 6 rooms our group booked-it was the most outdated. I’m sure once all the work is complete, it will be lovely.

Enjoyed our stay very much! Condo just needs a little updating.

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and we really enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the view off the balcony has a beautiful view of the condo grounds. The condo does need some upgrades to the bathroom and floors.

Great spot

Great spot, but some minor issues. The view is amazing and the small beach access was great. There seems to have been green and black mold in the bathroom so there definitely needs to be a closer cleaning of the place.

Great Room

Room was as advertised. Definitely needs a remodel soon, and parking spots are very tiny, and I felt like I had to enter my car through the trunk most days. But property is well maintained and the view in this condo is legit.

Nice quite place

Great location for relaxing. Our only complaint was that the room was hot. If there were curtains or a better shade system if would have helped with the afternoon sun . The TV’s weren’t working right, and there were 4 remotes? (Would have been nice to catch the local news) Also a better broom for cleaning up would be helpful. Everything else was fantastic. Turtles were everywhere! Nice people around the property.

Fantastic stay!

Kuleana 416 was a perfect fit for us! The condo is clean and comfortable and the full ocean front deck was amazing! We spent most of our time there enjoying the beautiful view and crashing waves! The grounds are lush and well maintained, the pool is large with plenty of lounge chairs. There was no beach (I assume tides are too high in winter?) but plenty of beaches close by. The location is perfect, central and easy to get to anywhere you want to go. We will definitely be back!!

Unbeatable View!

I absolutely loved my stay in this condo, and the view is so worth it. I spent every morning and afternoon on the lenai, taking in the beautiful view. I took the provided beach chair and watched the sunsets from the small rocky beach area right below the condo, it was like having a private sunset some nights. The pool is great, and there's a BBQ area. I saw turtles and whales from the balcony almost daily! This condo is really quiet, and the grounds are well kept. The folks who work at Kuleana are super helpful. It's a small condo complex, so there's not a ton of people. It's also in great proximity to some amazing beaches for snorkeling, and a short drive to Lahaina. If you're looking to stay on the west side of Maui, this is a perfect location and a perfect condo.

Most beautiful location

This was our 2nd stay at Kuleana Resort and this unit was even better that the last! Very well equipped and was nice and clean when we arrived. I realized just after I closed the gate as we were leaving that I accidentally left a juice, coffee creamer & water in the refrigerator! Sorry about that, I was locked out before I could correct my mistake. We will be here again and again.

Great location and views

This is a great condo with direct views on the ocean. This is an ideal place for a couple, the property is very clean and beautiful. Parking available for 1 car on sight for free as well. We had a blast.

Pictures do not do it justice.

The location of this unit is perfection - the pictures don't do the view justice you are directly on the water. It's a lovely quiet condo complex, 10 min walk north or south to restaurants and coffee shops, farmers market, etc. It's a smaller condo but it's cute and perfect for a couple and has everything you need (dishwasher, laundry, coffee pot, beach chairs, etc). The sun sets directly behind the unit which makes for perfect sunset views. The private cove is what really sold this place to me - we snorkled with turtles every single day, they're everywhere! The tropical fish in the reef are also incredible. The pool is great, the two beaches are small, but never too crowded, and sometimes you have them all to yourself. The grounds are gorgeous, plumeria trees everywhere! The staff is also very friendly, we loved Edwin the security guard, he was so nice! The only downside is there is no AC in the main living space, only the bedroom, so it can be pretty warm in the afternoon. Additionally, the bed had a very squishy foam topper that was way too soft for our liking. We did remove it after the second night and slept much better. A suggestion I would make is for the complex in general--there is no "vacation room" to store your belongings or freshen up after check out in case you have a late flight. This would definitely have saved us a bit of stress on our last day when we had an 8 pm flight and were unsure where to go with our luggage in between. Overall, this place is fabulous and I would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!
