Stunning Oceanfront Retreat, Kahana Reef 218

  • La segunda fase de nuestro proyecto de reparación del muro marino comenzará el 1 de junio de 2019. Habrá equipo pesado en la propiedad y el ruido de la construcción durante la semana de 9-4. Esta actividad se realizará en frente del edificio principal, no directamente en frente de nuestra unidad. Hemos reducido nuestra tarifa nocturna durante todo el verano como una cortesía para nuestros huéspedes.

    Unidad directa frente al mar en una ubicación muy conveniente justo entre las áreas populares de Kaanapali y Kapalua. Cuando te sientas en el balcón, tienes vistas panorámicas de las islas de Lanai y Molokai. También verá ballenas y tortugas marinas y tendrá acceso a una playa pequeña, privada y sombreada, según las mareas y la temporada.     Una piscina compartida junto al mar proporciona un gran lugar para refrescarse y relajarse. Vea la puesta de sol desde el área de césped frente al mar, a la que acceden exclusivamente los residentes y sus invitados.

    La unidad mantenida meticulosamente se encuentra a poca distancia de muchas tiendas, restaurantes y pequeños cafés. La unidad recientemente renovada incluye un lujoso baño, cocina y electrodomésticos renovados, y una decoración temática de la isla.

    Esta unidad ofrece un dormitorio con una cama King y un sofá cama Queen y se adapta cómodamente a familias de cuatro o menos. Wi-Fi y cable están incluidos y una televisión inteligente permite a los huéspedes acceder a Netflix, Hulu y Amazon Prime Video.

    Los huéspedes también se beneficiarán de una unidad de aire acondicionado portátil que no está disponible en todas las unidades en todo el complejo Kahana Reef y las áreas circundantes.

    Ofrecemos sillas de playa, toallas, juguetes de playa y una cocina con todos los suministros necesarios para hacer una comida casera. Un servicio de lavandería que funciona con monedas también está disponible durante el día para su uso, si es necesario.

The place was wonderful, beyond anything we needed and lived hiw close it was to the ocean. We had excursions planned and all I wanted to do was sit on the lanai and watch the whales and listen to the ocean! The hist was right there when we had any questions!

Great Condo / Experience

This property was everything we had hoped for and more. Steps to a small beach for easy water access. We watched wales and turtles from our balcony and even had a couple of shark spotting's. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. the Check-In and Check-out process was quick and simple. We would, and hope, to come back again..

We had an excellent stay and look forward to returning again in the near future. The unit is as described. The views are nothing short of spectacular. Watching turtles swim by so closely to the shore in front of the unit and humpback whales in the not too far off distance is enchanting. We enjoyed every minute sitting out on the balcony relaxing, eating, and taking in the beauty. The unit is showing its age and could use a little sprucing up, but everything was functional and served our needs. The price was extremely fair and we'll happy return during our next visit if it is available.

Vac review

Overall the unit is ok. The location is good, the view is excellent but the lani furniture needs to be replaced. Lounge chair was broken. The is ok but needs a better cleaning and is due for paint. The kitchen is fine and the ice maker in the fridge is a plus.

Absolutely wonderful

Just finished our stay here and I'm already missing those long, lazy afternoons on the balcony overlooking the water, with the palm tree on the left and the private beach out to the right. A truly magical place. Kelly was great, too. Very responsive, replying quickly to every message I sent to her, and accomodating. I was a little nervous upon booking that the risk of a positive Covid test would result in no possibility of cancellation, but that seems to be a common policy these days and thankfully by being extra vigilant in the days before resulted in no issues. Some things I didn't know before arriving; the private beach is very, very close. The Condo is on the right side of the property and all that's required to get to the beach is to go down the stairs of the condo, then walk about 20 feet to the stairs that lead directly to the beach. We did some great snorkeling on the reef right in front of the condo and there are a pair of sea turtles who come up to the seawall in the mornings and afternoons. Also, the bed in the photo looked kind of small but I can confirm it is definitely a very large (and comfortable!) king sized bed. The kitchen had every pot/pan and utensil you'd need to cook and basic spices as well. The shops are indeed a close walk away. We didn't rent a car due to the insane prices and had no problem getting food and drink at the closeby grocery and liquor stores. Also, the gym club Maui had everything I needed for a couple days' workout and the snorkel rental place was close, too. The air conditioning in the living room was great for a few of the days when we had lunch inside, but for the most part we cooled the place by leaving the windows open, which gave a nice breeze throughout the night. Overall, a fantastic stay and we are thinking about making a return trip next year.

Great Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay on Maui. This condo was amazing as it is RIGHT on the ocean. We watched many whales jumping as we relaxed with coffee in the morning. Everything we needed was supplied by the condo. Well stocked and arranged.

Great west Maui location

A beautiful condo inside, with fantastic views from the balcony. We observed whales several mornings while enjoying our coffee. It was great central location for exploring different beaches and hiking trails. The beach adjacent to the property was great for days when we didn’t feel like traveling. Having beach chairs, towels and coolers is so convenient so you don’t have to worry about rentals

Great location. Quiet, clean, perfect getaway. Would definitely stay again.

Can't beat the location. With a car rental you can access all Maui as to offer. Right on the oceanfront with unobstructed views, you can walk or run the sand, enjoy the amazing sunsets, or just relax on the balcony and chill. Great to have a kitchen, it was convenient and money saving. Had a great time. Sharing this condo info with my friends. Thanks.

Great value for the money

Prefect everything it was supposed to be view and condo was as good as advertised or better would definitely do this again at this location the whole process from booking to the stay was flawless only bad part about this stay and experience was leaving this beautiful place
