Location was perfect, condo was clean and well stocked. The complaint I have is that we used the pull out sofa bed and there was a disgusting blood stain in the mattress.

Wonderful Spot!

Loved this condo, was very clean and easily walkable to the beach. The North Shore is so beautiful and I am so happy we stayed here. I would definitely visit again.

Location great, lodging fair

Location was great. Lodging was just fair. Master bedroom located at other end of air conditioner thus sleeping facilitated ONLY with room fan. If you only need a place to sleep, it works.

Clean, quiet and ideal location for North Shore stay in Hawaii.

Place is just as described and an ideal location for adventuring through North Shore. Close to Turtle Bay as well and walkable. Right on the scenic golf course. Property is clean and well kept. Host is very easy to communicate with if there are any problems.

Hawaii trip with the Grandchildren

We all loved staying up on the North Shore. The condos at TurtleBay were within walking distance to golf, restaurants and entertainment. Our contact, Nichole was very responsive to all of our questions and needs. Thank you, Nichole for all your help in making our stay at TurtleBay Condos a very enjoyable experience!

Nette ruhige Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Sie ist sauber und mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist natürlich etwas abseits, aber das sucht man sich ja bewusst aus. Trotzdem gibt es in zehn Minuten Fahrentfernung einige gute Restaurants/Food Trucks und Supermärkte. Der zu Fuß schnell erreichbare Strand des Resorts ist gut zum Schnorcheln geeignet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cute, clean condo with all the essentials

I enjoyed my stay very much at Turtle Bay. This condo is right on the resort property and is very safe / secure. There is easy access to all the amenities of the Turtle Bay resort and surrounding areas in the North Shore. The condo is very cute, clean, and contains all the essentials needed from an AC unit to a washer/dryer with detergent/dryer sheets and a full size kitchen with stove top, microwave, and more. I cant wait to come back again in the future. The owner was easy to connect with and accomodating as well.

Great VRBO!

The unit was comfortable, exceptionally clean and well stocked. I can honestly say I have never stayed in a VRBO or Air B&B that was so nicely stocked with the essentials. We had a few minor issues but the host took care of all. We love Turtle Bay but it is always so sad to see all the feral cats. I am an animal lover and just cannot understand why the HI islands refuse to help these animals and the way the locals treat them. Heartbreaking.

Turtle Bay Stay

Property was nice but smaller than we anticipated based on photographs from VRBO. Also, not enough dishes and utensils for ourselves and guests. Sofa was fairly uncomfortable even though it was a sofa bed. Overall these were small problems, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great beach location

This property was a great location for beach access. The resort beach was a short drive or walking distance from the condo. The resort also had bars/restaurants that had awesome views. The condo itself was clean. I wish there was more air conditioning/cooling in the master bedroom. The living would get cool and the master would take a while. This location is great if you are looking for a quiet, beach retreat. Be prepared to drive 45 minutes+ if you are planning to do a lot of outings in Honolulu. There are a few shopping and food places nearby, but most are a drive.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was clean & tidy. We appreciated how many towels were available to use as in the past we have purchased extra towels while staying in Hawaii. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, it was definitely a family friendly apartment. Quiet neighbours & the pool was close & well maintained. The instructions for tv/cable/wifi were very easy to find & follow. Team Real Estate were amazing again we will be sure to call you again in the future.

Turtle Bay Condo - Artists Unit

Comfortable condo - not too big, not too small. Well-kept grounds! Appreciated the laundry unit and plentiful linens, especially the nice, soft bath towels. Even provided nice beach towels. Kitchen had pretty much all you could ask for. Loved the Magic Bullet blender. Baking a pizza was a challenge due to no pizza pan. Lovely pool located near our unit. Beach is just a short jaunt across the golf course. Minor negatives - patio door was extremely hard to open/close - partially off track, hard to lock; screen was totally off track. Lower outlet in living room [where the TV was plugged in] is 'dead'.

I don't know how long the property had been vacated before we came to stay. The master bath had dead bugs and ants on the countertop which I had to clean before putting my things on it. It would have been nice to have had more dishes in the kitchen cabinets because I was washing dishes almost everyday luckily there was enough Cascade to go around. I was happy that there was an abundance of towels. Thank you for having hangers in the closet those came in very handy. The master bed was very comfortable. A dark colored curtain should replace the one in the master bedroom because the one it currently has lets the morning sun come in and it woke us up too early plus we were concerned that it was see-through at night. All in all we enjoyed the condo and we had a wonderful vacation! Thank you!

No pride of place

Beautiful location. Comfy bed. So many issues with condo- bathroom door comes off in bedroom, loud screeching toilet when used, small leak in that shower. Dirty tracks in closet door. Both closets hard to open and close sliders. To empty sink in main bathroom, you have to get under sink to release plunger. Cable and TV wires unsightly. Draperies obviously replaced in living room, but holes and tracks not repaired above them. As a host myself, my guests would have done a lot of complaining too. I would not rent out my place if it was not up to par. Property manager did offer to get leak and toilet repaired but I declined. This is an expensive property. The care and maintenance should reflect it.

Hawaiian vacation

We arrived to a large box containing a microwave that had been delivered the beginning of March and doors to kitchen closet impeding main hallway. We checked in on 4/8/24! The remote to the television wasn't working. Nicole was updated via text and was apologetic stating doors had fallen off when cleaning was done prior to our arrival. She dropped by and checked television remote and texted she had ordered one from Amazon and would drop it off when it came in. We left on 4/15/24 and still no remote delivered. We were frustrated as we along with 2 other couples stayed at the same place and neither of them had any issues. The place could definitely use a little tending to. There were holes in walls where pictures and bath fixtures had been with no repair. It was mostly clean with things we needed for our stay. Grounds were well kept. It was quiet. Pool was very nice.

Nice unit, great owner

The unit we paid for had plumbing problems the day we were to check in so we didn’t get the two bedroom unit we paid for. The 2 bedroom was ready for us a few days into our stay but I didn’t want to pack everything up and move. I should have moved us because I didn’t get a refund for the difference in what we paid. Big difference in price of one bedroom and two bedrooms. We did get a nice one bedroom unit that was fully stocked in every way. The owner/manager was terrific with communication and really went out of her way to make our stay over Christmas special. She loaned us a Christmas palm tree and decorations. There were more beach supplies than we could use and the fully stocked kitchen was great. Everything was clean except the front patio area. I know it is hard to keep a patio clean but it didn’t matter much anyway because we couldn’t spend time out there due to the woman upstairs was always on her porch talking on the phone and smoking. I had the feeling she was a permanent resident. The smoke was too much for us. I recommend this unit for two people.

Wonderful location!!

This was my second time staying at this property (the first time was back in 2015) and both experiences were great! The property is in a wonderful location, the listing/photos are accurate, and the property manager provided easy instructions and prompt communication. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

I'd like to stay there every year!

The only suggestion I would have is... put an AC unit in the back bedroom, and clean up all the wiring below the TV.
