Bienvenido a Kuilima Estates WEST, ubicado junto a los terrenos de Renowned Turtle Bay en la costa norte. Los condominios están rodeados de dos campos de golf bellamente cuidados (Fazio y Palmer) y Beautiful Ocean, ¡a solo unos pasos! Puedes disfrutar de RESORT viviendo con todas las comodidades de HOME. Los famosos Surf Breaks y Playas en la costa norte están aquí en 7 MILE MIRACLE. (¡NO somos una habitación de arriba con un loft!) Disfruta de esta unidad de DOS pisos más grande sin otra unidad encima o debajo de ti. Abra las puertas y ventanas y disfrute de la brisa del océano y la montaña, sienta la hierba y disfrute de la puesta de sol. El estacionamiento está cerca, lo que facilita la entrada de comestibles, equipaje, etc. con una unidad a nivel del piso (vigilar a los niños es más fácil con una unidad a nivel del piso). Se proporciona seguridad las 24 horas, se sentirá seguro y cómodo. Estamos cerca de la piscina (facilitando una barbacoa), canchas de tenis, primer hoyo y casa club y el famoso Lei Lei's Bar and Grill. We are all so extremely grateful to have found this perfect slice of paradise. You couldn't ask for a better location - all the convenience and luxury of Turtle Bay at a much more affordable price. Cindy is a dream to work with - very responsive and understanding. The house was clean and comfortable. Don't sleep on dinner and drinks at Sunset Bar! Unforgettable sunsets and the nicest staff. We can't say enough what a lovely experience we had.

If you are looking for a condo on the North Shore this condo had everything you need! Bed’s were very comfortable and both bedrooms were equipped with A/C units. The location offered a nice breeze so the bedroom a/c units were not used during our visit. Ceiling fans throughout condo were appreciated. The pool was very close to this unit. I also appreciated the screened front door and large Lanai that was completely screened in. If I ever need to stay on the North Shore again, I have this condo bookmarked!

The condo was in a gated community which created a hood sense of security. It had a beautiful outlook over the golf course. The condo was very well equipped from kitchen supplies right through to the bathrooms. Spacious & comfortable living quarters. Good walking distance to beach & restaurants. Very clear instruction left by owner. I would recommend this condo & would certainly stay here again. Thank you Cindy.

This condo on the North Shore is a great choice for families with younger kids or couples. It’s clean and has all the amenities you need, including beach toys and a wagon to haul them with. This made going to the beach a breeze. We highly recommend it and would definitely book again. The only downside was that we were about a half hour past check-out time when we finally packed up (as it often is with young kids). The cleaning lady was a bit snippy about it, but that’s just one small thing.

Air conditioner was broken for the entirety of our stay which the host emailed to tell me about the day before our arrival. When I emailed her to complain she offered nothing. Golf course was closed the entire time which no one told us. The condo was pretty run down and not super clean. Do not recommend, stay somewhere else.

Perfect location for our family (80 year old dad and 5 adult kids 40-50 yrs). We had travel plans to sight see in our rental car every day, so we didn't want to stay in packed city high rise. The property was as described, clean and stocked with things we thought we would need to buy, so that was nice. Cindy was very responsive and helpful. The area was quiet, nice pool, short walk to Lei Lei's restaurant.

Communication with host was very good. Would have given a higher rating, but property advertised as having air conditioning, but A/C was actually only available in 2 bedrooms. If I had known that I would have booked elsewhere because we needed the AC due to health issues.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Cindy is a great host-always quick to respond to any questions, and she left a detailed binder with lots of info. This property had everything we needed to cook, and beach chairs/towels-that was such a huge bonus. The lack of a gas grill was a disappointment, and the charcoal one at the pool wasn’t what we were looking for-but that was minor. The convenience to Turtle Bay and their amenities, and also beautiful N. Shore beaches was perfect. I would rate this a 4.5. The biggest negative for us was the small size of the loft and how hot it was-even on days that there was a beautiful breeze. Luckily there were fans, and if you weren’t sleeping 2 college aged girls that wanted space to open their suitcase then it wouldn’t be a big deal. Overall we were very happy and had a wonderful time at this property.

Great location on the north shore…close to beaches , the community pool and the Kahuku sugar mill! Clean property which fit our family of 6 perfectly! We also appreciated the additional beach chairs/toys/coolers. We had a minor issue with one of the bathroom showers; Cindy responded very quickly and had it fixed that day.

Awesome stay

We had a wonderful time staying here. It was perfect for our family of 5. The a/c was a blessing at night and the day time breezes through the condo were pleasant and comfortable. We really enjoyed having a kitchen to prepare meals and it was well stocked. Location on the Northshore can't be beat. Our family would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING!

We came to Hawaii to celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday (1 baby, 1 7 yr old and 5 adults). The condo was perfect! Cindy went to extra mile with extra details around the unit. It literally had everything we could need! It was just right for our group and the location could not have been better! Walk to the Ritz for coffee, walk to the beaches, walk to the pools, it was awesome!

Liked the area, just not the hassle

Our family of 6 stayed here for a week on vacation. Unfortunately this same week the unit was having roofing repairs, that we weren’t aware of until we arrived. We had to be out of the unit each day to avoid the noise and workers. We also returned each night to debris all over the unit that had fallen from the ceiling during the day. We were forced to clean all surfaces, flooring and bedding on a daily basis before we could relax. We contacted the host and she agreed to waive the cleaning fee, but beyond that said it was out of her control and that we arrived each evening to late to have a cleaning person come. All this really impacted our vacation. No one wants to spend time deep cleaning on a daily basis while on vacation!
