    first fairway of the Fazio Golf Course. Close to hotel, restaurants, and the

    beach. Completely upgraded, newly painted, with new contemporary furniture.

    A/C in the living room and bedroom .Flat-screen TV in both living room and

    bedroom. This unit has a spacious feel to it with a large kitchen island and

    fully equipped kitchen. Free WIFI. Upgraded bathroom with shower only.

    Beautiful, modern, well appointed kitchen. This is a one bedroom one bathroom

    unit, all linens and towels are provided. This property also has pickle ball,

    basketball and Tennis courts.



    Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of

    world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully

    manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a

    great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle

    and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to

    a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We

    have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ

    grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge.

    Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos

    in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects,

Exceeded Expectations!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Kuilima Estates. The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was great, close to the beach, pool, nature trails and restaurants. The rental company was easy to work with and very friendly. This was our first visit to Oahu and we didn’t want to go home at the end of our visit. We can’t wait to come back!

Spring Break Vacation

Overall it was a wonderful place to stay. Minus the rental company supplying minimal basic necessities for a 6 day stay, it was a perfect location and condo. The condo is walking distance to the restaurant and beach.I would stay here again.

Very nice unit but tough getting access.

Great property and we would return although the communication regarding key codes, gate codes, and how to use the key fob (you swipe it....not push it like a normal fob) was very poor.

Wonderful winter get away

Condo's proximity to the resort's resources, i.e., restaurants, trails, etc. is a major plus. Could use a new mattress and couch. Fan controls were a mystery. Lanai slider was difficult to open and close.

Clean and updated condo on the North Shore!

Very clean and updated ground floor condo on the Turtle Bay property on the amazing North Shore. My wife, kid, and I stayed here for 3 nights in January and really loved it. The place is clean and well appointed. The only negative was that we didn’t stay here more days. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a non-touristy experience on Oahu. The north shore is very relaxed and has some pretty amazing beaches

Best So Far

We have stayed in 6 or 7 units over the years and this one was the best by far. Very clean and updated. Loved the location right next to the 1st tee of the Fazio course and 50 yard walk to Lei Lei's restaurant. The Bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and utensils. 2 nice flat screen TV's.

Beautiful and comfortable condo; great location

Beautifully appointed unit that's obviously well-taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked (but the knives incredibly dull). The bed was soft but firm with plenty of pillows (but bedding was a bit stained and worn). AC unit is only in bedroom -- the rest of the condo was incredibly hot. Our two young kids slept in the main room and were pretty sweaty. I wouldn't recommend for more than two adults (and young children). So nice to have beach towels and equipment included (though chairs were rusted and unusable). The location was perfect for exploring North Shore and La'ie. We loved the nearby beaches that offered decent snorkeling. We ate in every night, so no idea about the restaurant scene. There were pools and tennis courts on the property, but no instructions on how to access them. Overall, I'd definitely recommend and return to this beautiful place!

An excellent choice!

We had a great stay at the Fazio first tee condo! It was so much more affordable than staying at the resort, and we still got to visit every day as it was only a short walk away, and still enjoyed and utilised the hotel’s bar and restaurants. The condo was easy to get to with the instructions provided. The only frustration upon our arrival was that the gate code provided was not working, meaning it took us a while to get in. We tried to call the Estates office but no luck, until we eventually got onto security and they let us in. I have read about this occurring in other reviews so it might be a common thing they need to address. Once in though, the door code to the condo itself worked no problems. It was actually very handy having this code and not needing to remember to take a key all the time. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed inside. We cooked breakfast each morning and it had everything we required to allow us to do this. The furnishings were lovely and new, the kitchen was especially nice. The bed was comfortable and we slept quite well, though the louvered windows in the bedroom did not close properly, so we did hear some outside noise. The bedroom light also didn’t work, but we just used the lamps on the bedside table instead. All in all though we really enjoyed our stay at this property and would certainly consider staying again!

Very nice place

This place is very nice, updated, clean and stocked with everything you need. Is good size and would be comfortable for four if the couch pulls to bed? it is located next to the turtle bay hotel on one of the golf courses. This condo is right behind the club house which has a really nice restaurant and bar. The restaurant is a little pricey but food is great. Beach, Groceries and food trucks about 10 minutes away. Now the cons, #1 there is only a window air conditioner in the bedroom and it does not even cool off the bedroom. By 10 in the morning the living area is very hot. And we were there in November. One of my pet peeves- we were getting ready for a wedding at 2:00 in afternoon and sweating our butts off. There was no breeze and even if there was there are huge trees outside the window that Would block it. I don’t believe there is access to a pool. We had lots of family so were able to get to pool but I did not see any info at this place to get access to a pool.And the outside lights do not work, it is very dark walking to the door, we arrived in evening had hard time finding the unit, had to shine a flash ligh at units ( I’m sure the neighbors loved that) the motion lights rarely work.

Clean, Modern and Cool

Very clean and modern condo. Enjoyed having the aircon in the room and the ceiling fan. Lovely place to relax in and feel at home with all their modern furniture. Nice big island for food as well. Awesome condo!

Overall our stay at this property was ok. Nice location walking distance to Turtle Bay resort and to Lei Leis restaurant. The unit had nice updates and were what we expected based on the pictures.Here’s what went wrong:- Upon arriving, the oven was blowing hot air. We called for help and no one ever came to fix it. It happened again that night. - cable tv didn’t work in either room - No hot water in bathrooms on second day - AC unit was very loud, and we wished there was a central unit since the kitchen and dining areas got a lot of sun.- sink plug in bathroom was broken so consistently backed up unless you manually pulled the plug up.For the price, not sure we would stay here again.

Great Escape in Oahu

Wonderful!

This property at Turtle Bay was perfect for our stay on the North Shore. It was updated, clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need and the bed was very comfortable. We had no issues checking in and parking was convenient.The only issue we had, which seems to be a design flaw with the condo’s design, is that the dryer does not vent outside (it vents back into the condo) and although it vents into a pan of water, using the dryer significantly heats up the condo. This is a small thing though and would definitely not deter us from renting here again.A minor maintenance repair would be to fix the lock on the lanai screen door.The location is perfect. The lanai is private and looks out onto the golf course. It is only a short walk to the beach and a short drive to all the North Shore has to offer. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

Home in Hawaii for a week?

The gate code had did not work, but after we were giving the Fob, it was easy.The Management Company did address every question and problem quickly and effectively. The location was beautiful & convenient with Lei Lei’s delicious right out the door Restaurant ?. I tried to do laundry and had a problem with our clothes being locked in the washer. It took 2 day to get them out and re wash them before we left in another unit?... But it all worked out in the end in the nick of time... Beside that, it was A perfect Home for a week in Paridise?.

Beautiful, Clean and Modern!

The property was exactly as described - modern finishes, very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. We especially loved the large open kitchen with the huge island! We cooked a lot, but the restaurants at Turtle Bay Resort are in walking distance. It has beautiful views of the golf course, access to pools and A/C in the unit. Checking in and out was a breeze. The property management company was very professional and easy to work with. Its the PERFECT place to stay for a North Shore getaway. Highly recommend!
