  • Comfy ground floor 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo in a nice, quiet location. Short walk to the hotel and beach. AC and ceiling fan in the bedroom. Carpet in bedroom and living room. Free WIFI access. Free parking right outside your condo and wheelchair accessible. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen and all towels and linens are provided.

    Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha!
    Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.

We loved our Turtle Bay Condo stay!

The lodging was very clean, comfortable and convenient. The property was beautiful, front and back. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach out the back, and the flowering trees in the front. We hope to stay there again whenever we go to Oahu.

New Year relaxation

The grounds were beautiful and very peaceful. Our only suggestion is that the shower needs to be replaced. The floor isn’t solid.

Reviewer Comments: Check in was good although the condo itself was not very impressive. We fully expected a basic unit but we didn't expect what we got. This unit needs a lot of work. Bathroom area was in rough shape. Trim work was looking worn out. Mold issues from what I could tell. It just needed some work. We had to capture and dispose of 5 cockroaches and countless little bugs dispite the spraying that supposedly took place while we were there. We had a great family vacation but the unit could definitely had been better. I am not one to complain either, just figured you guys would want to know.

It was very confusing and the code that were given to me didn't work. Once you got in it was very easy using the fob that were in our room. Reviewer Comments: In the past, I have always written positive feedback after receiving numerous outstanding services but in this case, I will enumerate details about this rental and the horrible customer service we received during this visit. After arriving at the rental after catching a red eye flight,my family was looking forward to spending a restful night. To our surprise, we were unfortunately greeted with an awful odor almost like a mold scent.We checked out the kitchen and noticed that the kitchen had not been cleaned at all prior to our arrival. We discovered the microwave was stained from old food and looked like it had not been cleaned at all.We walked to our room and at first glance, the sheets looked like they had not been changed and washed at all. The whole bathroom did not look like it had been scrubbed or disinfected.We knew instantly that the housekeeping team didn't thoroughly clean the place because they did not provide any towels or toiletries to the guests. There was dust everywhere and came across cockroaches crawling up the wall! My son Noah has terrible asthma and the quality of air was unbreathable and ended up sleeping with our KN95 masks on and on top of the bed. We were just afraid to find out what would be underneath the bed sheet. The next morning, we called the office and informed the state of our rental. The receptionist said she would pass on the information to the housekeeping manager and would do a walk through to check out the rental. We didn't hear back until we called the next day and unfortunately, the housekeeping manager stated there was no problem at all and the rental was in perfect condition. The manager said that she would not be able to accommodate a different rental, reimburse us at all and not be able to return our refundable security deposit. The rental was just in terrible shape, we weren't able to use any amenities , water sink... etc I am prepared to file a formal complaint to

It's a decent place to stay and the cost was reasonable.

The only negatives were that various bugs and things were a constant nuisance inside the unit, and you would figure they would have wi-fi or some sort of access to the internet.
