Dirty (yet they put the sign they will charge you 25 USD if you leave dirty dishes, and most of the cups are filthy) , run down furniture/equipment/matress (big need of an upgrade/refurbishment), tiny shower, NO sense of hospitality what so ever (cleaning fee, no flexibility on check out time...
