The property was immaculate and had an amazing view of the ocean. Shari was easy to communicate with. The proximity to the reunion property worked out beautifully. Even though there wasn’t the ability to cook, it served our needs. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave - no oven or cooktop) nicely isolated (with its own entrance) on the back corner of a lovely home right on Kailua Beach. Walk out the door onto a curated backyard lawn with a short path directly to the sandy beach. We visited in February. Our weather was perfect, the beach was uncrowded, and the water was a joy for swimming and easy small-wave body surfing (very small surf during our stay). Our hostess was kind, friendly, and informative.

The room is clean, the bed comfortable. The beach is why you come. Huge, quiet, with the finest sand I’ve ever encountered. You can walk for miles, swim. Good restaurants in town. We had a perfect stay. Shari was the perfect host.

We spent two nights. The owner was super helpful with directions, suggestions for eating, shopping, sightseeing etc. Thanks to her prompts and timely text messages, we were able to see amazing moonrises both nights. There is a long stretch of beach in front of the unit - great for walking, swimming, or just relaxing. The unit is on the small side but is just right for a couple.

This is a modest sized cozy oceanfront unit for two people located on a wonderful beach at Kailua Bay. There are two rental units with separate entries as part of a larger house occupied by the owner. One unit is smaller and on the ocean, the other is larger and behind the front unit and doesn’t have an ocean view. The serene beach is only a few yards away across a well manicured yard. The front unit facilities, flooring and plumbing have been upgraded and are tastefully done. No kitchen, only a microwave and refrigerator.. Owner Shari is very friendly and helpfull and lives in the house. A wonderful spot for a few days stay.

The beach rental was in pristine condition, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay.Shari’s communication was exceptional: she was available whenever we had a question and made us feel completely welcome and at ease. It’s rare to find such genuine care and attentiveness from a host, and it truly enhanced our experience.The location was unbeatable, just a few steps away from the ocean. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises and enjoying the calming sound of the waves set the perfect tone for each day.This stay was extra special as we were celebrating my daughter’s college graduation, and this beautiful property gave us the ideal setting to create lasting memories together.I can’t recommend this beach rental enough: it’s not just a place to stay, it’s an experience. This rental unit was perfect for our needs. As advertised the unit has an ocean view and is steps away from a beautiful beach. This is the "quiet side" of the island, yet close enough to excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches to explore. The accommodation had everything we needed, including a soft sided cooler bag, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, AC, beach towels, beach chairs, and a knowledgeable and friendly host. We would return!
