  • This unique, ocean front unit has all the feel of Hawaii, from it's tropical decor & palm trees to the ocean below! Watch the surfers from your private lanai. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean waves as they break not 50 feet away from you! Enjoy walking on the rocks and looking at the tide pools, and the sea turtles as they play in the water and come up on the beach. There is a sandy beach just below the lanai great for sunning, shelling and just sitting to watch whales and beautiful sunsets. Snorkel & board rentals on site & Poke Shack! Convenience store across street. This unit has high speed wireless internet, cable TV, DVD player, Plasma TV, stereo, movies & games. Also everything you need for a day at the beach, incliding beach chairs, towels, umbrella and ice chest.This condominium resort has the feel of Hawaii with it's open air lobby, beautiful wood furniture.

Lovely condo in a spectacular location. The condo was very comfortable, with a well-equipped and workable kitchen, updated bathrooms, and an absolutely wonderful lanai.

We had the absolute best week at Kathy's condo. It was everything we hoped for and it was perfect for our toddler as well. We loved watching the sunrises, surfers all day, and sunsets from the lanai. Great location - can't be beat! We would love to stay here again someday. Thank you for an unforgettable week!

Stayed at several condos at this same building over the years and 202 is the best so far. 2d floor east end with a constant ocean breeze, morning surfers, and evening sunsets. Kitchen had everything needed including dishwasher. New washer/dryer we used a few times. Overall great stay.

Property was exactly as advertised. Directly on the waterfront, with outstanding views of the water, surfers, whales, and gorgeous sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked with needed equipment and the opportunity to use the outdoor grills was very good. They were well maintained and cleaned daily. Inside the property, the master suite was beautiful with direct views (and sounds) of the water. The guest bedroom was fine. All things considered, we had an excellent stay. The property is well situated on the island for all the activities important to us. If we decide to return to the Big Island, we would certainly consider renting this property once again.

This property was AMAZING! No need for a white noise machine, just open the patio doors and enjoy! Great location to restaurants and shops. Kathy was a gracious host, she was timely with any communications and so flexible. Would definitely stay here again.

What a view!!

Stay was amazing! Condo has everything you need is you choose to dine in every night. Only thing that was a struggle was the need for the community grills to be updated. If you enjoy watching all the locals surf then this is for sure the place to be as Banyans beach was pumping.

No frills space however epic view of the ocean and perfect place to listen to the waves and watch the surf. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Condo

Beautifully decorated condo in a beautiful area of Kona with a phenomenal view. The condo had everything we could have possibly needed for a great stay and the owners were wonderful to work with. I hope we can return soon!

Surfing right out the back door!

What an amazing place to stay. The location was exactly far enough from the tourist areas to be quiet but close enough when you want good food and shopping. Great host and fun to work with. We will be staying here again soon!

Christmas in paradise

Our family had a great stay. Check in was a breeze! The property was kinda centrally located to all the things we wanted to do and beach access was right there! It was awesome waking up to watch the surfers in the morning and enjoying daily magnificent sunsets in the evening!

Perfect Stay

Very nice property in a perfect location. Would be good to refurbish a little bit within next year's, but all in all there is everything you need available, also beach equipment.

Ironman World Championships

What an amazing location, we were regularly entertained by the local surfers whilst sitting out on the balcony. The trip of a lifetime made all the better with a beautiful apartment.
