Este condominio actualizado es el más grande en el complejo con una envoltura alrededor de terraza con una vista parcial al mar por un lado y una vista al jardín / montaña en el otro con 3 controles deslizantes de salir a la terraza desde el comedor, sala de estar y dormitorio principal. Recientemente actualizado con encimeras de granito en la cocina y el baño principal. Azulejo de mármol en toda la cocina, comedor y terraza. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama matrimonial, segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales que se pueden juntar para hacer una cama king. El salón tiene un nuevo y muy confortable sofá cama matrimonial. Para 4-6. La unidad incluye una gran nevera / congelador con máquina de hielo, microondas, tostadora, lavavajillas y completamente equipada con utensilios de cocina / ollas / sartenes, etc. Zona de barbacoa al aire libre junto a la piscina incluye 4 barbacoas de gas, cocina al aire libre y zona de comedor. La zona de la piscina, que incluye una bañera de hidromasaje, ha sido bellamente remodelado con elementos de piedra y un montón de tumbonas y mesas con sombrillas. We had a great overall stay at this condo in Kona and would definitely consider returning.Pros: The location is fantastic—just a quick 2-minute walk to the beach, which made it incredibly easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The condo itself is very spacious and worked well for our family of four, with plenty of room to spread out. We especially loved the generous lanai space and the abundance of large windows in the living area that brought in lots of natural light. It was also a bonus to have boogie boards and beach chairs available for use. Being so close to the pool was another convenient perk.Cons: While the condo was comfortable, it did feel a bit “tired” in places. A fresh coat of paint and some updated decor could really elevate the space. The bedrooms could also benefit from blackout blinds for better sleep. Trimming back the palm trees would help improve the view—even a small peek of the ocean would make a difference. Lastly, the living room seating wasn’t quite adequate or comfortable enough for our family to fully relax together in the evenings.Overall, this is a well-located, family-friendly condo with great potential—it just needs a few updates to make it truly exceptional.

Nice, quiet, spacious unit right across the street from Magic Sands Beach. Couple miles from Kailua Kona town center area. Nice wraparound porch. Nicely stocked with equipment for boogie boarding, beach days, tennis and Pickleball, and snorkeling. Comfortable beds and good water pressure in showers. Appreciated the Air Conditioning. The unit shows some wear and tear but it was a great home base for our family of four.

Great location, awesome sunrise and morning sun on the deck, host was responsive and gave good instructions, appreciated that there were lots of extras to use (cooler bags, beach/water gear). Beds were super comfy - my only wish would be a bigger bed in the master. Would definitely book again :)

This place is perfect! It’s just as described. The beach is literally across the street which made it so convenient.The condo has all the amenities you would need for the beach like beach chairs, pool noodles, etc. The kitchen has all your amenities including pots and pans, plenty of silverware, dish soap for washing dishes as well as dishwasher soap for the dishwasher. There are 2 bathrooms. One with a tub/shower and the other with walk-in shower. The laundry machine and dryer is in the master bathroom. The beds are comfortable. The wrap around Lanai is nice place to relax in the morning and evening. We did not have any issues but the host did let us know that the property management were going to do routine maintenance. I would definitely stay here again.

We would recommend this location. We had a lovely stay and the manager was an excellent communicator. The location is beautiful and right by the beach. The pool and hottub were well maintained. The condo was very spacious and had a lot of things we needed in the kitchen as well as for the beach. It was a little lacking in cleanliness, but not bad by any means, (no bugs or mold) just some sand on the floors when we arrived, a couple of dishes and pans weren’t super clean, and some stains on furniture. But I also think that is part of doing vrbo. You are getting a great price because it is more like staying at a friends house and less like a hotel/resort.

Very convenient and clean, and most of all, Stewart and Karen made it a breeze for travelers by providing some of the necessities needed. This really sets them apart from other accommodations I've stayed at, as it made a big difference in the overall experience

Fabulous condo for family

We were very please with this condo. The bedrooms were great, and every time we thought “I wonder if she has this” we found it. It is directly across from Magic Sands beach which was wonderful. We would walk down in the morning, come back for lunch and a break, and walk back down in the late afternoon. I would definitely consider staying there again if I returned.

Amazing propert

We loved our stay. Kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of sand toys, pool noodles and a cooler. Condo was clean and comfortable. The proximity to magic sands was fantastic. Comfortable stay

We had a fantastic trip. We loved being across the street from the beach. My kids loved the pool. The condo was as advertised. We also felt like the property owner went above our expectations. The airline made a change to our flight and we had to check out a day early. We sent a message to let them know and didn’t expect a refund for the lost day because of the poor timing. The property owner was so kind and understanding.

Perfect Condo

We all enjoyed our stay at this condo. The birds chirping in the morning was a lovely sound. The beds were very comfortable and having towels for the beach was handy to have and the beach chairs. Having a washer and dryer was helpful as well. Access to the beach across the street was nice. We didn't get a chance to swim in the pool but the bbq and amenities at the pool looked so nice with tables and chairs to sit under a pergola. We very much recommend utilizing this condo for anyone interested. Thank you!

Great Place

White Sands Village is across the street from Magic Sands beach. It is a great location, 5 minutes to downtown Kona. The condo is well equipped with all amenities you would need. There is a wrap around lanai with foliage on one side which provides some privacy. There is a pool, hot tub, sauna and 3 grills. The owner, Karen, is very pleasant and easy to work with.

Overall White Sands Village is a great location. Close to Kona and across the street from White Sands Beach. The condo offers all the amenities that you may need. The unit has a wrap around lanai. One side of the lanai has tall foliage which adds to the privacy of the unit. Outside amenities include 3 grills outside pool and hot tub and sauna. Karen the owner is very easy to get a hold of. We will be back.

The condo was everything we needed and more. The location was great. Property was clean. Excellent condo with great air conditioning. The wrap around lanai was great for sitting outside. Beds were comfortable. Very clean. The extra cleaning supplies and kitchen items were great.

Great location at a reasonable price

The condo was comfortable and well-furnished. Yet location was just right - on Ali’i Dtive, convenient to almost everything on the Kona side of the island but not too close so you don’t get caught up in the Ali’i Drive traffic jams. And right across the street from Magic Sands beach. Since the condo was at the back of the building, there was no street noise. Our only issue was with the elevator. Yes, there is an elevator, but you still have to walk up a half-flight of stairs to get to the condo. Not a big deal unless you are two old women each trying to haul a large suitcase up those stairs. This was only a minor issue, though . Overall, we had a great time here.

Great option for a beach vacation

White Sands is an older property but very well cared for. The pool area was great, but some renovations made it hard to enjoy during the days, but night swims were great. BBQ area is very clean and nice to hang out at. Our condo was on the mauka side just over the tennis courts. Not ideal when pickle ballers were playing, but very peaceful at night! The unit was nicely appointed and had everything we needed and more. Very clean and easy to access. Only thing missing was a little better view, but value for the dollar, hands down a win.

Excellent location for a family vacation!

We were coming into Kona with our children for a friends wedding and had never stayed on the Big Island so didn’t know much about the area. We did a ton of research before booking and were so pleased we chose this location and host. The condo was spacious, well appointed and provided everything we needed for fun in the sun with our kiddos (including beach toys, beach chairs, water shoes, a boogie board, etc.). The wrap around Lanai was perfect for relaxing, catching the sunset or watching our kids play tennis on the beautiful court. The pool area provides an outdoor kitchen area with bbq grills and a covered seating area which was great for rainy days when the kids didnt want to get out of the pool. the condo is just steps from magic sands beach and is within a few miles of shops and restaurants. We were able to enjoy our friends wedding and everything the surrounding area had to offer with very little stress thanks to the Stewarts! Imformation was communicated quickly and clearly and checking in and out was a breeze. We will definitely be back and look forward to staying here agaim
