  • This cute one bedroom condo is on the third floor with pool and ocean views at this ocean front complex. It has been completely renovated with a new kitchen, bath and flooring. It has a a king sized bed and hide-a-bed in the living room for additional family members or friends. We have a great split a/c system, which is rare to find in condos on Alii Drive. We put in new d/c fans, carpet, blinds, louvered windows and sliding door. Enjoy great views overlooking the pool and the ocean from this nice sized lanai where you can enjoy dining or relaxing morning to night. We have a smart tv, so if you have a Netflix, Amazon or other account, you can enjoy special movies. We have it stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrella and snorkeling supplies. Enjoy the heated pool with rinse off shower, restrooms and a sheltered library with shared books. There is a gate down by the ocean to go down on the rocks and catch a fish for dinner. There is also a bench ocean front for enjoying whale watching, year round sunsets, catching the green flash and community gatherings for sunset. It is located among beautiful gardens and coastal palms on Alii Drive, a one mile stroll to popular restaurants (such as Huggo's and Huggo's On the Rocks), shopping, beaches and much more. There is bicycle rentals across the street with drop off zones along Alii Drive. There is a $175. Check out cleaning fee. Check in is at 3:00pm and check out is at 11:00am. Unlike a lot of vacation rentals, there is no parking fee or check-in fee. It is 10.5 miles from Kona International Airport.
    This is a no pet (unless you are an approved owner) and no smoking property.
    Please note: There is no elevator.
    We are following the Who & CDC cleaning recommendations for thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting between bookings.

Beautiful view

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The bed was comfortable. The view was amazing. The owners were great about giving information about places to visit locally. We ate all of our meals on the lanai enjoying the sounds and views.

Paradise!

This was our first time on the Big Island and thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo was everything as advertised and well equipped. We really enjoyed having our breakfast on the lanai each morning with a view of the pool and ocean, listening to the birds singing. We would stay here again.

A nice condo with a beautiful view

Our family stayed here for 5 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is right by the ocean and the view during daybreak is stunning.It is centrally located and you can reach many of the beaches and attractions in less than 30 mins. We bought groceries and cooked at the place as the kitchen was very well stocked. Highly recommendedminutes.

Pleasant Stay

Clean and beautifully decorated condo. Has everything you can think of and even more. We enjoyed having breakfast at the lanai with a great view. The owners are very thoughtful and easy to communicate with. Thank you for a pleasant stay and we wish we could stay longer.

Awesome Stay.

My wife and I had a great stay. Pictures match the unit. The lanai is nice and private. Great for watching sunsets. Being on the third floor we had great breezes every night, only had to turn on the AC one night in 8. Pool and grills are clean and well kept. The complex is quiet. Location is perfect, can walk to Kailua. We highly recommend.

Beautiful condo with an amazing lanai overlooking the ocean.

Everything was exactly as advertised and then even better. Place is difficult to find when it is dark. Suggest a reference to it being located in the first building on the left rather than the parking spot which you cannot read on a rainy dark night. Experienced problems with the solar heating system for the pool, the first portion of our stay it was unheated and far too refreshing. But overall, we loved our stay at this wonderfully equipped/located vacation spot. Thank you, Danny and Donna

Big Island Adventure

This property is fantastic. Great place to stay. Condo has everything a couple could need. Very clean, well equipped, and loved the A/C unit in the bedroom. Wife loved the lani every morning. Can't say enough great things about this condo don't hesitate to stay here.

Great condo on the Big Island!

We enjoyed our second stay at the Alli Villas! This condo was everything we needed for our 8 day stay. It is well stocked with kitchen items, linens, and beach supplies including beach chairs, umbrella and snorkeling gear. The bed is very comfy. Donna was very responsive to a couple questions we had during our stay and also helped out in improving an issue at the property which was out of her control. We hope to return again and would deficntely book here if it's available!

Well-stocked condo

This unit contains everything you might possibly need, and the owner is very prompt to reply to any questions. The property is very quiet. Would not recommend this for families with children. The pool is fairly small, and they have a lot of signs that tell you not to bring any drinks, food, toys or floatation devices into the pool area. The condo was very clean and the bed is really comfortable. We were overall happy with our stay.

Weekend getaway

We were pleasantly surprised with this condo. It was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. We lived sitting on the patio and enjoying the sunsets. I would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great apartment!!

We loved the apartment! Spent many evenings on the balcony watching the sunset. Fully stocked, we stayed a week and cooked most nights! Also the bed was very comfortable. 5 stars!!

Great weekend get away!

My wife and I live on the island but needed a staycation get away for the weekend. The owner hosts were wonderful to work with and very fast in response. The condo is great and well stocked with everyday needs. We had the pool to ourselves for the most part. Very quiet around the property on the weekend. Close to the village and areas to order food. Overall excellent and I recommend this unit. Mahalo

Excellent condo!

I can’t emphasize enough what a gem this condo is- very clean, excellent accommodations, loved having the A/C, bed was very comfortable, kitchen has everything you need, and the closet has beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and more! The only reason I didn’t give it full 5 stars is outside the control of the condo owners - the neighbors had a crying baby at all hours and we woke up one night to a domestic dispute in the parking lot below us. As I understand it full time residents are working with the authorities to address these issues.
