Beautiful view and well equipped, clean condominium. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Our visit happened to coincide with a downstairs remodel so it was noisy during the day, but that won't normally be the case, Im sure. Would return...thank you!

Great golf and ocean view!

We have stayed in this section of Kanaloa before and always enjoy it. This unit has a wonderful golf and ocean view and the owner did a great job communicating (even calling me beforehand to give me some helpful information). There was also a nice gift basket when we arrived for our two week visit. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, listened to surf all night long. Well appointed, great accommodations. Doesn’t have AC but at least for us it was ok. The ocean breezes and floor fan helped. 😉

Beauty in Paradise

Our stay was wonderful!! Quiet and relaxing. Welcome basket was a surprise! TY! The lanai was breathe taking watching the sunsets. Place was well stoked with kitchen items. Having another portable fan would be nice. Overall great place and would love to stay again in the future. Mahalo

We will return!

We have been coming to Hawaii for over 40 years. The condo and location exceeded our expectations. The lack of A/C was a non-factor- Trade winds were fine (and this was August!) and the Lanai is large with a lovely ocean view. A well-equipped condo- especially the kitchen and the unit is nicely decorated. This is perfect for a couple who does not want a opulent resort vacation. Has an enormous master bathroom- always a boon. The facilities are good- nice oceanfront pool and tennis courts. The location is very quiet which suited us perfectly. Nice walking neighborhood, and close to neighborhood beach and local grocery stores. The owners graciously provided a welcome basket- a first for us. We will return!

Condo with fantastic ocean views

We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 day stay! The location is fairly centralized for enjoyong a host of activities. Many dining and shopping options are minutes away. Snorkel and night Manta Ray tours are less than a mile away. Overall, you can't go wrong staying at this priperty!

Beautiful

Front start to finish this was such a beautiful place to stay. Waking up to the sunrise and waves crashing down outside the lanai sipping my kona coffee is truly unbeatable. This has been our favorite place to stay on the big island, the facilities are great the condo is huge. Incredible place to call home for 2 weeks our family can't wait to be back again! Mahalo

Beautiful View - Perfect Get-Away Location

This property was well maintained with a beautiful view and the owners provided a lovely gift basket of fruits, jellies and treats on our arrival. There is also several pools on the property. We loved the pool by the ocean. We will definitely be back!!

Loved our stay

This apartment was lovely. We’ll appointed with everything you need and located in the best spot for exploring the BIG ISLAND. We will definitely contact the owner again for another visit. Only one suggestion to make our visit better… the lack of air conditioning at night. The fans helped immensely but the bedroom faces South and doesn’t get as much of the ocean breeze.

Clean, comfy, and well-supplied

Great clean property. The owners supply everything you need, and have a really good response time - I wish I could have enjoyed it longer. The beds and pillows were comfortable and everything was clean and easy to use. The kitchen supplies are great if you want to cook there, and the overall property seemed safe and secure. It did get hot even with windows open and fans on but it was not unbearable (maybe add another standing fan and fix 2 ceiling fans that get a little shaky). They even supplied beach gear that looked to be in good shape, but we didn’t get to use it. I would definitely stay here again!

We transferred from another place on the island and finished our stay here. Perfect way to end our trip. Well maintained, clean and well furnished. Sunsets on the lanai were breathtaking.

Amazing!!

We loved this condo! Amazing location! It is steps away from the ocean. The lanai looks out on the ocean and over a golf course. And we had the best view of sunset every day. It was perfect for our family of 4. Our 2 young kids slept in the Murphy bed in the living room, which was very comfortable. The master bedroom and bath are spacious and updated. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen we have ever seen in a rental. There is no AC but it’s not needed. The condo is well ventilated with fans and the cool ocean breeze keeping the doors and windows open. The sound of the ocean waves hitting rocks is loud which we love and will miss. The owners are very welcoming and responsive to any needs. I already shared this link with my family who is now planning to stay here in the near future. And we will definitely be returning!

Great location, well appointed, excellent owner

Beautiful Central location in Kona area with easy access to the Ali'i Hwy shopping district and beaches and 30 minute drive to Two Step at Captain Cook. Our condo had everything we could need, including cooler, beach chairs, plenty of space and incredible sunset views directly from the lanai. We opted to forego the air conditioner option and there was plenty of airflow to keep us cool at night in that king size bed. The small group of mongoose (mongeese?) that live on the golf course were highly entertaining, and the sounds of the waves crashing on the lava rock below during the night provided the perfect soundtrack for a restful night sleep. We will be coming back to this condo for our next big island adventure. Btw, if you go to Shaka Tacos in Captain Cook, sit at the dining bar overlooking the bay. The geckos are friendly!! 🤙

Outstanding place to stay!

Amazing, well maintained property with a great ocean view! Very clean, well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay including beach chairs, ice chest, etc. The property also has access to 3 pools, one of which has view of the ocean. The communication for booking and everything leading up to our visit was perfect. Richard provided some local suggestions on restaurants, places with a great view to enjoy a drink, snorkeling, and more. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

In Kona but also not

This was a great place to stay, just as advertised, view was great. Slow speed resort in easy distance to all of Kona and south Kona’s attractions. The view again was stunning, nothing between you and the ocean except a little bit of pretty golf course. Definitely recommend.
