Beautiful location with stunning views, beach access and restaurants nearby

Great location, very comfortable, clean and stocked vacation home. Enjoyed the hop across to the beach and all the beach gear was available at the rental I could spend all day in the lanai(balcony) staring at the ocean and enjoying the sunset views. Perfect stay for our family with no complaints

Amazing view of Magic Sands

Clean, Close to Town, AMAZING DECK, Everything You Need

We loved our stay here. The condo is beautifully renovated. Bed was comfortable. The wrap around deck overlooking Magic Sands Beach and the Ocean was the perfect place for breakfast and coffee every morning. Condo had beach supplies all available and ready. Wonderful stay.

Watch whales and dolphins from the massive Patio

Great location and had all the amenities and then some! Comfy beds and pillows. The washer and dryer was a plus! Could sit outside and drink coffee all day. So many comfy chairs and sofas to lounge in. Used the pool and hot tub and sauna. Thank you and will book again.

Unbeatable

Incredible location, directly across the street from the beach and a restaurant. The view from the wrap-around porch is amazing. The home has everything to make it a fun and comfortable vacation (e.g. umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, etc.). We had a great time and will absolutely look to stay here in the future.

The view....wow!

The view was incredible with daily sightings of whales and spinner dolphins. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and beds were super comfy. The location was great for an early morning jog before we left to see the island. For those with a late flight, just book a daily resort pass nearby. Highly recommend!

Perfect Vacation Spot

We loved staying directly across from the spectacular beach. The lanai is outstanding! We enjoyed coffee on the comfy couches watching the ocean and boogie boarders. The condo is beautiful, with everything you could possibly need. Very easy access, great location to the Kailua-Kona area, exceptional quality of furnishings. The beds were great and the condo had every amenity. I felt very well cared for. Will absolutely stay here again.

Family trip

This condo was just as described. Beautifully furnished and thoughtful touches throughout. Street was busy but sound machines in bedrooms were a nice plus and we didn’t notice any street noise once inside. We enjoyed the lanai listening to waves in the morning and watching sunsets in the evenings. We also liked the convenience of the breakfast shack and restaurant across the street.

Reviewer Comments: Beautifully remodeled, an amazing location but the what made this stay stand out was the unexpected thoughtfulness in every little detail. From the extra shower rod with little hooks and laminated instructions to hang swimwear, and real quality bathroom amenities (not garbage hotel stuff) to the endless sizes and options for beach toys/body boards, water shoes, chairs, I can't even list it all! Sound machines, blankets, quality bedding. I could go on and on. I would have never expected these things to be that important but it made our stay so much better and more comfortable and we didn't have to go out and buy things we couldn't fly back with. Thank you for the most relaxing week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with our stay in this condo. It was fully remodeled in the last 3 years and there is even a book in the living room that shows the before and after pictures. As some of the other reviews mentioned, there is noise from the road below when sitting on the lanai but it is largely overcome by the ocean sounds and almost disappears if you go inside and close the doors. We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to the island.

The condo was remodeled in the last 3 years and is very bright and inviting. There is some road noise if out on the lanai but it is largely overcome by the ocean noise and hard to hear if you are inside with the doors closed. The beds were comfortable and central air conditioning was quiet and effective. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was super clean and extremely well stocked with pretty much everything you could want and more. The owners have done a fabulous job renovating the inside and out and there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the amazing views. With super quick and easy beach access and the pool set between the apartments the location was ideal. I would happily return and spend more time here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is a great unit. Overall they did an amazing job with the design. Loved it! They have everything you need and more. The welcome basket was a nice touch as well! The view of the ocean is awesome but the beach below can be loud at times. I will say it all got quiet around 10pm, but before that it was entertaining to see everyone coming and going and it can be noisy. We did have 3 different maintenance issues we brought to their attention the first day and they did not address them until 15 minutes before we checked out on the last day. It would have been nice if those were addressed while we were there as it did cause some inconvenience.

Perfect!

Beautiful condo! The location is great, my 8 year old loved being able to walk across the street to the beach and my mother in law never wanted to leave the lanai. Close to restaurants and shopping was a huge plus but the fully stocked kitchen was great for saving some money on meals. You won’t regret staying at this property!

We used the patio high bar every day to watch beach goers and to relax. This rental is beautifully decorated and was a joy to stay in for the week. The Magic Sands Beach clean & a delight to see each morning! This rental was designed to make your stay stress free- all you need to do is go grocery shopping for food and they will take care of the rest!

I think the best part of a very nice condo is the sound of the waves coming ashore. If you like that, you will like this place.

The place feels clean, fresh and the decor is beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and then some! The location is also fantastic with the beach right across the street, and a great restaurant right on the water thats a 1 minute walk from the property. The views are just like the pictures show, and the interior is even better in person. I can't wait to return and stay here again!
