  • Este hermoso océano unidad de esquina frente con aire acondicionado está a menos de 30 pies de la orilla del agua. Disfrute de espectaculares puestas de sol desde su terraza grande, ver a los surfistas, para-sailers, pensionistas boogie, juguetones delfines, tortugas, ballenas y que pasan los cruceros.

This condo is truly special. It has beautiful views of the ocean and a small public beach steps away. The host made sure we had everything we needed from beach towels to dish soap. He also provided excellent recommendations about where to eat and what to do. Our family had such a relaxing, happy time!

We enjoyed our stay at Jim and Nancy’s condo. It’s on the top floor and end unit with fabulous views of the ocean and sunsets. It’s a very comfortable condo with a well equipped kitchen. We will book again sometime.

Absolutely loved the condo and the location. Very clean and the check-in consisted of entering a code and walking in. Upon my next trip to the big island, this condo will be the first place I look. Communication with Jim was awesome and he truly cared about my families visit. I brought my own snorkeling gear, but the condo had nicer gear than mine. The condo also had all the beach gear that we needed. Mahalo Jim

Our stay was excellent at this wonderful property. The ocean view on the spacious lanai was gorgeous...we took advantage of relaxing there every afternoon. The condo was well-equipped and very comfortable and quiet. The location was excellent in terms of being near the town, beaches, and points of interest. Parking was easy. We will definitely come back again and would highly recommend it to others.

We loved our stay. The condo was clean, roomy and fully equipped. The view from the lanai of the ocean and adjacent beach are fantastic. The sunsets from the lanai are incredible including a few GREEN FLASHES. We observed several pods of dolphins daily. The parking is convenient and secure. The property location is perfect. Loved walking into town for great cocktails and great food. Short drive to Magic Sands and “Snorkel” beaches. Even “Two-Step” is only about 30 minutes away. We will stay again when available. Thank you Jim and Nancy for making your wonderful unit available.

The view, the view the view and the sound of waves, the best therapy. Sitting on the lanai was my favorite part of my stay. Easy parking, a few short stairs, but easy to get to the unit. Location was great, walkable to restaurants/shops, short ten minute drive to White Sands beach. Host was very helpful and made sure everything was in order.

This was a wonderful stay! Myself and 2 friends had a great, albeit short, week at this condo. It had all we needed and the location is so convenient. Watching the sunsets, surfers and all the other activities from the lanai was so fun and relaxing.The owner, Jim, was great about responding to questions and making suggestions as well. I would definitely recommend this property for a great stay on the big island.

The perfect Kona getaway!

If you need a place to stay in Kona, this is the place. Jim's hospitality is unbeatable, centrally located on the west side of Hawaii, this condo has all the amenities a person/family would need to enjoy a wonderful vacation on the big island!

Wonderful stay at Kona Reef. Condo was well-equipped with everything we needed. Views from the balcony were gorgeous and the sound of the waves washed away were very relaxing. The host was communicative and helped to address our only minor concern with parking swiftly. Would recommend this property and hosts!

Great Property and Location

Wonderful property with all the amenities that is well maintained. Easy walk to restaurants, coffee and shops. Fabulous view from the lanai and the sunsets are priceless. Wish we had more time to explore this beautiful island!

The condo was perfect - everything I needed was supplied.The master bed was sooo comfortable that I asked the host for the brand and model of the mattress!Parking onsite was easy and traffic only snarled when there was road maintenance. Local online news shows daily road impairments, so it was so easy to navigate around congestion. Mahalo nui loa for an unforgettable stay! I’ll be returning once again, soon!!

Beautiful Stay

Kona Reef A-31 has a beautiful view, the most comfortable lanai furniture of all the Kona Reef units I’ve stayed in, and super accommodating owners. Can’t wait to go again.

Relaxing holidays

Great property! The condo was well taken care of and had amazing views out every window. James and Nancy are terrific hosts and were very responsive. Would be my first choice if I needed a 2 bedroom again.

On the coast of Kona

Wonderful condo right on the coast. Spacious balcony with great views. Nice pool. Quick drive to shopping and dining. Lots of great info from hosts.
