February 23-28 Kona Visit

Nice place right off Ali’i drive. Parking was really nice and the spot assigned was easy to get in and out of. The unit was clean and well maintained. Also has elevator to access the second floor, which was very handy with the bags we had. My only gripe was not being able to lock the main entrance door using the code provided. We somehow managed to let ourselves in with the code, but from that point on, the same code would not reopen the door if it was locked from the inside. So, we just left the door unlocked for the couple days we were there. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Great place to stay

The host was great! Promptly addressed minor issues and gave great tips on things to do and places to eat. This is where we will stay if we come back to the island. Highly recommended!

Fabulous View with all the amenities!

This property was supplied with everything you would ever need for a wonderful vacation stay... short or long. The complex had a great social area with pool, jacuzzi, grill, ping pong table, pool table and putting green.

Wonderful and Beautiful Place to Stay!

We absolutely loved the condo! It was in the perfect location, with a wonderful view of the ocean! It was clean and had everything we needed for comfort during our stay! Easy to access and had WiFi for when I needed to attend to work things. The bed was soo comfortable, and I really appreciated having access to a washer and dryer! I cannot say enough positive things about this place. If you're looking for a nice, quiet location to stay in Kona, look no further! :)

Absolutely wonderful !

It was everything we hoped for - and more ! So many amenities and activities ... and what a delightful surprise that the cupboards were already stocked with items we'd need ! We hosted family in the BBQ and Rec Room areas - and everyone had so much fun - we'll be back for sure !!

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Wohnung von Betsy ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und hervorragend ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Den Marathon des IRONMAN konnten wir vom Balkon aus verfolgen. Und wir haben vom Balkon aus auch einmal Delfine gesehen. Der Poolbereich ist super. Wir hatten ihn immer für uns alleine. Die Kommunikation mit Betsy ist super nett gewesen. Wir kommen gerne wieder Vielen Dank Betsy

Best location and beautiful condi

Our family had the most amazing time at this condo. It was perfect for me and my wife who stayed in the master bedroom which had a king bed with bathroom and had access to the lanai. My mother and daughter stayed in the other room which had two twin beds. Plenty of snorkel gear, Beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs etc. The condo is very well equipped for the stay! The pool area is absolutely beautiful and breath taking. They also have a nice recreation indoor room before you get to the pool, it has a pool table and table tennis, and a gym. Everything was so well put together. Betsy is the best hostess I've ever had. She was very communicative and responded very quickly if we had any questions or concerns. When we arrived we realized one of the shower heads were broken, she and her husband came over the next day and fixed it right away. They are just lovely people and it was nice to actually meet Betsy and her husband in person. I am forever grateful for how much they made our stay amazing. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because we were really looking forward to using the community bbq grill by the pool area. We noticed the propane was out, Betsy contacted the onsite manager and it was replaced very quickly, however we were planning to BBQ two days after it was replaced and we had brought down all of our food to find the propane was out again. Betsy was very responsive, it is NOT her fault at all but unfortunately they were not able to replace it the next day. I saw another gentleman try to use it the next day and he was unable. I don't think the BBQ really works or someone is leaving the propane on and the gas is gone quickly. I informed Betsy of this and she informed the property management. It did not seem to be resolved during our stay there however. Overall, a spectacular condo, pool area, and hot tub. 10 out of 10 will stay here again. I had to stay longer than expected and Betsy was very accomdating and made adding the extra days easy. Thank you so much Betsy for everything! I highly recommend staying here, just don't count on bbqing lol

Hawaii condo

Condo was good. It is older and could use some TLC, but it was acceptable. Good location with a nice view. Enjoyed ourselves. Would rent the condo again

Quite and beautiful

Very well equipped condo with a perfect view to the sea and Alii Drive. Only 14 units keep this place quite. The garden and pool area is clean and colorful. Rowland and all you need is in the condo for you. Only the beds have been to soft for us after 2 weeks and in the night the cars and trucks where loud in the newsroom to the street. We needed to use the AC besides the open door with the sound of the waves.

Couldn't have asked for better!

This property met all of our needs and provided even more than expected. The complex is quiet and provided covered parking. As far as location, the views of the ocean were amazing and it was close to the heart of downtown Kona. Grocery, Walmart and Target are within two miles too. Inside the condo we found up to date décor, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and technology. In addition were beach and snorkeling accessories. The complex also has a beautiful large pool, indoor rec room and outdoor kitchen and grill. The owner was very responsive and replied to my questions within minutes. The condo was very spacious and the balcony provided beautiful ocean views and sunsets. Cannot recommend this location more. A plus was that we were in town for the Ironman and the location is on the run course. We honestly had an amazing experience on the big island and this property was huge in ensuring our stay was comfortable and our needs were met.

Very great stay!

We loved our time in Hawaii. The island is beautiful, the people are very nice! We came because my husband was participating in the Ironman. The atmosphere was joyful and all the people were very happy to receive so many people to this sporting event! We have the opportunity to visit Big Island then, we were amazed! We followed the advice of Betsy on the sites, it was very good advice. We thank her for the services it has rendered us to facilitate our arrival. The condo was very comfortable, spacious and functional. Everything was fine! We will keep wonderful memories ...

Great condo beautiful view

Nicely updated condo with great view across the street from ocean. Just south of downtown with trolley access, and walking distance to beautiful beaches. Grounds are kept up nicely and the pool is wonderful with gas BBQ grill, and the kitchen is well stocked. Would like a queen or king bed in master, and black-out curtain in guest bedroom to block out the hot morning sun. Property manager is great to work with, made reservations very easy. This is a good choice for 2 couples or family of four.
