Our stay was great! Property as advertised. Lots of extras came in handy...beach chairs, umbrella, ziploc bags! Beautiful view of sunsets from balcony. Also watched the Ironman athletes practice swimming right in front of unit. Would stay here again.

The condo, location (that’s why we keep coming back!) is awesome. My ONLY complaint is that the floors were filthy. When my 7 month old visited from another condo the tops of her feet, hands, and knees were quite literally black (she’s crawling). We never wear shoes inside any house, and certainly not in someone else’s. Otherwise zero complaints, it was beyond our expectations. Keep in mind the filthy floors are no fault of the owner’s neglect, it’s the housekeepers fault.

Perfectly appointed

While the property itself is older, this unit has everything needed for a lovely stay. Pool/ocean toys/chairs were great, well-stocked kitchen, fluffy towels, and even the paper towels and toilet paper were much nicer than average. RIGHT on the water, so falling asleep to the sound of waves was perfect! It’s the perfect spot to watch the sunset.

Great place on the water

The location is wonderful. So nice to be right on the ocean. The bed was very comfortable. Lanai furniture was not. Nice kitchen with some things provided such as salt and pepper, olive oil, misc spices. A nice addition would be a retractable drying line in the shower.

Perfect location! Clean. Quiet.

So nice to have BEACH TOWELS, boogie boards, Cooler, and grocery tote bags provided! Great to walk to town, resort restaurant next-door was delicious. Super clean property, very comfortable bed with well supplied kitchen including bottle opener and NEW skillet to cook breakfast each morning. Hearing the sound of the waves crashing was pure therapy every day and the sunset each evening was stunning! Thank you for a perfect place to stay.

This is just what my husband and I needed after an emotional week of working on Oahu with children living in trauma and toxic stress. The management was SUPER attentive and solved a minor issue that we brought to their attention. We will definitely be staying here again. Mahalo!

Great Stay!

Great location to walk into town, awesome views of the ocean, very well stocked kitchen, chairs, ice chest and towels for the beach, our own parking spot, and pretty much everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Enjoyed our visit very much!

Great place to stay!

This is a nice condo with everything we needed. The host was responsive to us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! They added personal touches like leaving some coffee and having a guide book handy. We also had a great ocean view and lovely balcony. Personnel were very friendly!

Paradise

Due to some unfortunate circumstances, we had to extend our trip. This entailed finding a new place to land. We loved this place, and it was just what we needed after a very stressful week. The unit had everything we needed, and the view alone was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Loved the location - close/walking distance to restaurants, shops. Smelled musty upon arrival but it is the tropics! Well stocked. The only negative was the couch is very uncomfortable for TV watching.

Great location but run down with black mold

Great location, walkable to downtown Kona, but property had black mold throughout - on windows, plantation shutters/blinds, doors, and vent...thought I was getting sick but it was my allergy to the toxic mold. Property had been neglected and run down. Shower drain was clogged with massive clump of prior guests' hair. Kona Beach Properties host was nice enough about it and gave a partial refund, but I likely wouldn't trust returning to one of their properties and would not return to this one.

Very lovely view and great staff

This was a VERY clean unit which had everything we needed and then some. It’s really nice to stay in a private condo because of the personal touches like guide books and umbrellas. No complaints at all.

Beautiful waves and views

Exciting location with waves crashing right below our lanai and lulling us to sleep each night. Beautiful view. Pool is great too right next to the water. Space is perfect for two people with good size bedroom, living and kitchen area. Had beach gear that we were able to use. Walking distance to Kona shops and restaurants. Next to tennis courts. Close to YWAM which was perfect for us. Easy to check in and out; they sent the information right away after we filled out the agreement later in the evening of our check in date. Thanks for a great stay!

Condo right on the water

This was the perfect little condo to rent for a couple of days at the end of our trip- walking distance to all the eateries so we didn’t have to drive. It was nice that the unit had it’s own parking stall. Lovely quiet pool area for sunbathing. We even saw some sea turtles in the rock pools which was such a treat. Our unit had obviously been remodeled as the general age of the building is very dated. Be aware that a separate management company other than VRBO works with this unit and their instructions & multiple emails including downloading an app can get confusing when it’s time to check in.

Couldn't be closer to ocean, felt almost like on a ship, and close to all action

Better than pictures, very tastefully updated condo. All you need to enjoy Hawai'i including beach loungers, the umbrella, the cooler and bodyboards.
