Un paraíso tropical. Increíble ubicación, puestas de sol del océano, escapada perfecta!

Condominio recientemente renovado, baño principal remodelado y mejorado con muchos extras. Bien mantenido y meticulosamente cuidado. El hermoso condominio en el Keauhou Akahi tiene un dormitorio principal en suite con baño privado completo, el área del segundo dormitorio hábilmente convertido permite espacio adicional.
Verdaderamente la mejor ubicación con fácil acceso, muy pocos pasos y estacionamiento con sombra. El área adicional del dormitorio tiene un sofá-cama plegable.

El área principal de la sala de estar es abierta y perfecta para relajarse, escuchar música o planear su próximo día de snorkeling, caminatas, cenar o simplemente relajarse y disfrutar del paraíso. Comedor separado y bar central tiene un área de gran mostrador. Lanai comedor cuenta con una parrilla de barbacoa de gas.

* El área del segundo dormitorio está completamente intacta (menos la pared divisoria) y está alejada del área de estar principal. El dormitorio principal y las áreas de dormir tienen ventiladores de techo, ventanas con vista al jardín, habitación amplia y vistas abiertas al mar de lujo.
* Los ventiladores de techo están encima de cada cama y crean una brisa natural fresca para un sueño reparador y cómodo.
* Fácil acceso desde la zona de aparcamiento con muy pocos escalones. Este condominio es una unidad final más grande. Menos pasos que otros condominios del segundo piso con una elevación escalonada. Cercano y convenientemente ubicado para un fácil acceso y óptima privacidad.
* A pocos pasos del aparcamiento a la sombra y de la piscina. El mejor aparcamiento en todo el complejo! Seguro estacionamiento de cortesía para huéspedes y residentes..
* Preciosas vistas, ubicación fantástica y maravillosamente diseñado. La construcción sólida de los edificios elimina el ruido y crea un hogar tranquilo y apacible.
* Este condominio duerme fácilmente 4+. Tablas de surf, equipo de snorkel, equipo de playa, está aquí y listo para usted.

There was no Internet, no AC unit needs new shades. The ceiling was peeling. There was also a cockroach in the tub the second day.

Our stay here was just perfect! The community is quiet, centrally located, well-equipped, and comfortable. The view of The Outrigger and Keauhou Bay is wonderful and being a short walk to the marina and market was a game changer for us. Plenty of towels, the bed is comfy, good water pressure, the grill and beach accessories… the list goes on! The pictures are accurate, the pricing appropriate, and we will definitely stay here again next year.

This place was perfect, I was close to a wedding at the Outrigger without the Outrigger price! This was much more spacious than illustrated in photos, great space and ideal layout! The property was relaxing and quiet, and I loved the pool and balcony! Had to watch out for a few lizard friends trying to break in :). No issues, and great communication and recommendations from Stan! It would be a pleasure to stay here again!

Nice accommodations. Excellent communication with host. Amenities excellent. Disappointing that even with using the bug light in the dining area and bug spray on the lanai screen gnats, flies, moths, and mosquitos still got inside requiring constant cleaning. It was also confusing that the pool key was separate from the rest of the keys and instructions stating where it was were one sentence in the middle of a paragraph on the unit instructions.

Great condo

The condo was stocked with everything we could have needed. Watching the sunsets from the lanai every evening was the best part. Communication with Stan was great and easy. He was very helpful to help us plan our trip and answer any inquiries during our stay. The listing does mention there is two double sofa beds and one double bed but there are only two double sofa beds. They aren’t the comfiest beds, but it did the trick for our vacation. We were glad we read the other reviews and brought ear plugs with us… those frogs are REALLY loud. Overall, we really enjoy staying here, Stan was a pleasure to deal with and we would stay again.

pleasant except road noise

keep in mind most condos in Kona are older. This is no exception. But, It is well maintained. We had a pleasant stay except for road noise. It was hot and humid during early November 2023. We had to keep windows open all night for it to cool off. Road noise from Alii Highway was excessive in our mind. Great location to access Keauhou Bay.

Amazing location

One of the best locations on the island for snorkeling. 2Step is nearby. If you are lookin Goff a beach for the kids with sand, Magic Sands is also near. Shopping center with a grocery store is also nearby. The owner is extremely responsive. There are Beach chairs and other items needed for play. All in all a great time.

Amazing Sunsets

Keauhou is a great area to stay. Very convenient to everything. The property is well maintained and the pool is great. The lanai makes this rental amazing. Coffee in the morning with a view and sunset viewing at night. Just wonderful. Our property manager, Steve, was the best. I have never had a better manager than him. Made our stay very easy. Great place to stay.

Location and Safety were Perfect.

The location was perfect to everything we needed and chose to do. Great snorkeling tours one block away. Farmers Market 5 minutes away. Everything was clean, enough pillows and sheets. Enough kitchenware, pots and pans (could use an extra skillet), plates, cups, etc. The outside Lanai with the view of the ocean and sunset were perfect. Pool is great. Supplies for snorkeling for kids was a nice bonus. If I had to suggest anything, I would say be prepared for the quite atmosphere, it's not really a place for young children to be noisy, but there are plenty of places to take them for the day. We were okay with respecting quite time, others might not be. I brought ear plugs because I am a light sleeper, there are tropical birds and frogs. Also, we had an interesting neighbor below (I guess a visitor) that yawned loudly all night and morning, not the property owners' fault, but again, was glad I brought my ear plugs. Loved that there was an inside and outside table. Plenty of beds, and seating area. Loved that there was a washer and dryer in the condo. There were two showers, but only one got real warm water. I would recommend the place to friends and family. Owner was great about texting, calls and emails.

This condo has everything necessary for an extended stay, the views from the lanai and grounds are beautiful, and the location serves as a perfect home base for exploring the big island.

Fantastic !

Actually, my husband and I are resident in this community and I rented this condo for my family. My adopted daughter had a wedding last Aug. 29 and they really like the place as it is just a short walk to my condo and they had a wonderful time with us. Stan, the owner, was a really very accommodating. My adopted daughter and her husband enjoyed every minute ofcit. The view of the ocean from the lanai during sunrise and sunset was awesome. They just left yesterday bringing the wonderful memories of Hawaii. Thank you.

Lovely stay

Stayed at Stan's place for 8 nights and had a great time. Nice location close by to everything you need, clean and cozy condo & super responsive, compassionate host who really wants you to enjoy your stay at his place & on the island. Next time we return to the Big Island we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend! Mahalo!

Great, chill, residential area

My 4 friends and I stayed here for 14 days, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The price, the location, and condo are really great. The people in the surrounding condos are very nice, as is everyone in Hawaii. Stan was a great host, quick to reply and easy going. Kona is a gorgeous island, especially if you know good locations. Our group had local friends we could rely on. But most places you find to go online will be awesome too! Couldn’t recommend more! This condo has everything provided that you would need. Loved it!

Excellent Accommodations

We had an amazing time in Hawaii and in large part due to our stay at Stan’s. He was highly engaged and responsive from prior to our stay and throughout to ensure we had everything we needed. The condo was comfortable, and the view was beautiful. The location was fantastic as a home base for wherever we wanted to go. We will gladly rebook here the next time we head to the Big Island.

Wost host ever

Horrible host I have ever deal with. For the amount i pay to stay at this apartment. I expected for him to restocked essential cleaning supplies for the next guests to be comfortable. Specifically during covid. Never replace broke appliances and blame on the guest. Otherwise, great location.

Beautiful Condo

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and orderly. The view from the lanai was absolutely stunning. We sat outside and ate every night. The owners are extremely nice and will help with any issue that could arise with your stay. I highly recommend staying here and will be staying here again!

Wonderful

My two teenage sons and I enjoyed ourselves at Stan’s place. The kitchen is well stocked with beautiful plates and appliances. The unit is located by one of my favorite farmers markets- Keauhou farmers market every Wednesday from 9a-2p. The sunsets are gorgeous and can be enjoyed from the lanai. Thank you!!!

Best visit ever

Wonderful sunsets, plenty of room for 2, and a super quiet complex. Great location on the south side of Kona, great for fast get aways along the Alii Dr extension. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. Owner went out of his way to make sure all was well. Can't wait to book our return visit.

Kona Vacation

For the price it was the best unit in the complex, we have stayed in lots of them in the past 20 years!!! We'll stay next year for that price! I will bring a gun and shoot the rooster outside our bedroom window!!! Does need cable in bedroom, only thing we missed, besides sleep!!

Great place

Terrific apartment, as advertised. I recommend reading the post-2015 reviews; they will give you a good feel for the place. An easy way to check the location is to check the Sheraton Kona; it is within easy walking distance. The owner was very helpful.

Loved the condo.... everything you could possibly need in a rental. The owner was very quick to respond if you had a question. My only complaint was the street noise, because the back of the condo faces the road. Other then that, what a view from the balcony....
