  • Beautifully remodeled spacious 1 bedroom, 2 bath that includes AC in the living room, modernized kitchen, large lanai, and 7th story viewing sundeck where you can bask in the Hawaii sunshine or under the shade of the outdoor umbrella, enjoy sunsets, & stargaze at night! It is in the best location overlooking downtown Kailua-Kona!

    Kona Ali'i 707 is a top floor, penthouse condo in the heart of Kona by the ocean, restaurants, night life, and gift shops! Stay at this retreat and home away from home.

    The primary suite offers a comfortable King-Sized Bed with an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower head with bathtub/shower combo. A Queen-sized Murphy bed with Firm Sealy Mattress is located in the living room. The large sectional couch can also sleep 2 kids comfortably.

    The modernized guest bathroom includes a vanity, glass enclosures, and a front-load washer and dryer as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. The living area provides a grand gathering space with high ceilings, dining set, large sectional couch, smart TV, and various seating areas for you to relax and enjoy quality time. There is one covered parking space. Beach supplies included!

    The pool is pristine and excellently maintained. There is a BBQ for your convenience at the complex and access to a common area rooftop deck on the 7th floor with a stunning ocean view. There are cooling trade winds and gorgeous sunsets. This is a secured complex, with elevator access.

    Start your day at a nearby coffee shop then bring home fresh flowers from the flea market. Spend the afternoon by the Pool or grab some sun on your own deck. Late afternoon, cross Alii Dr. to join the others on the Seawall enjoying a spectacular Kona sunset. Then pick from a dozen great restaurants, watch a bit of volleyball and stop for Gelato or Shave Ice.

We really enjoyed staying here, it was in a convenient location. We had no major issues, it did take us a bit to find the lock box because they are not labeled well or in any orderly. I highly recommend staying here!

The condo was very well equipped and very comfortable. Instructions for condo access was easy. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. We had a great time.

The location was excellent for walking all around Kona. We were also provided a parking spot for our rental car. Overall, the accommodations were very good. We didn’t eat in, but all of the amenities to do that were available.

Great location!

We loved this place! It had anything and everything you could need for your stay. The location is great with many great restaurants and shops just steps from the property. Would definitely recommend.

Piece of paradise!

Our stay was great! Loved the location, welcome bags, and the outdoor deck. Was perfect for our group. Tons of shops, restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Loved it! Mahalo!

Clean & bright. The bed was very comfortable. Love the two bathrooms. Fantastic location. Super happy for the AC as the humidity was very high during our stay. Definitely coming back!We highly recommend

Kona Vacation '25

Excellent downtown location. Perfect 1-bedroom with additional accomodations for a party of 4. Clean and well furnished. The only downside is the traffic noise with main street, Kuakini, directly behind the bedroom. Otherwise a great VRBO.

The condo had AC but it was only in the living room area. It would've been nice to have AC throughout the condo. When we ran out of toilet paper or paper towels, it was our responsibility to obtain more. More sofa space would've been nice. Other than that, the condo was renovated, clean, updated sofa from picture. Bedroom mattress was pretty comfortable.

IMMACULATE!!!

AMAZING!!! immaculate, quiet but just steps away from the ocean. Restaurants and snack shops just minutes away. Private and modern. Relaxing with all the amenities at our fingertips. The grills by the pool gave us options. A SECURE bldg.Roof top view will definitely be back and already I recommend this place

We enjoyed our stay here. The unit was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. It was nice to be able to walk to several restaurants, the farmers market, and to see the ocean across the street. There was some nighttime music noise heard from the bedroom from the shops behind the condo. It wasn't terrible, but something to be mindful of you're sensitive to that.

Beautiful condo in great location!

The condo was decorated very tastefully! It was nice to have two bathrooms! The kitchen was well-equipped! Bed was comfortable also! The location is awesome! You can walk to many restaurants, shops, the farmer’s market and the water! It was very nice for the price and property managers answered questions quickly! If you want a view of the ocean, this might not be the unit you want and the pool isn’t heated so it was too chilly during our stay, but all-in-all, it is very nice and I would book it again!

Kona Alii 707

Complex location is awesome. Unit location in complex is disappointing if you are expecting ocean view. No ocean view = no ocean breeze. The ac is only in the living area(advertised correctly), but it leaves the bedroom quite warm. We eventually started sleeping on the Murphy bed in the living room. We were awakened very early a couple mornings (4am) by people putting their trash down the trash chute. Unit was very clean and well equipped. I was surprised by the good quality of knives in the knife block.
