The Space:

The 900-square-foot main house has two bedrooms, three beds, and one bath for up to six guests. Custom kitchen cabinetry and a stylish living room make it comfortable to settle in between outings, while air conditioning, a full kitchen with dishwasher, and in-home laundry handle the everyday details. Step outside to the lanai for a sea view, then linger in the private gazebo as the light changes over Kailua Bay.



Guest Access:

This Kailua-Kona home offers a private entrance, shared carport parking, and its own garden and lanai for relaxing outdoors. Guests can enjoy the fire pit and outdoor seating area, with the beach and Kona shopping just a short drive away.



The Neighborhood:

Kailua-Kona gives you the sunny, easygoing side of the Big Island. Follow Alii Drive for coffee, local plates, and shoreline views, then spend time at Magic Sands or snorkel at Kahalu'u Beach Park. The harbor, Kamakahonu Beach, and Hulihe'e Palace add history to a beach day. It is a practical, relaxed base for families who want water time, good food, and room to roam without the pace of a big resort.



Getting Around:

Kona International Airport is about 10 to 15 minutes away, making arrival simple. A rental car is recommended so you can explore the Kona Coast at your own pace. Downtown Kailua-Kona's shops, restaurants, and oceanfront Ali'i Drive are often within walking distance or a short drive, with beaches, snorkeling spots, and grocery stores close by. Parking is generally available on site or nearby, whether street or lot.



Other Things to Note:

Minimum stay: 30 nights. Dogs up to 30 lbs are welcome. Please note the driveway is steep and may scrape the bottom of cars with lower clearance. Guests can park under the shared carport or on the street but tires need to be off the pavement. This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations.
