This wonderful complex features and includes beautifully manicured tropical grounds, ocean front pool and spa, sunny lounge area, two work out rooms, eating area w/ gas BBQ’s, tennis courts, ping pong table, ample parking, and is gated during the night for security.

Highly recommend Kona Makai condos and this specific unit! Had a great week plus time there. Property and unit were convenient, comfortable, and just as advertised. Just a few minute drive to get into town. Accessing the unit was a breeze thanks to the clear communication. We will definitely consider booking the unit again should we return to the area!

Great condo!

Clean, comfortable, and steps from the ocean, this condo was everything we could’ve asked for. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio each morning with a view of the water. The checkin process was easy and this condo had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

There was a landscaper on the premises every day tidying up the property. The view of the ocean was spectacular, we saw whales and dolphins. The condo had everything we needed, including the air-conditioning. We could walk to restaurants if we chose or drive.

Brought my kids here.Absolutely great place . Don't mind the pool rules so much kids need to play. It's definitely worth the stay .. I won't stay anywhere else. Each unit is great .Also bring snorkel gear you can go right out front every morning. One thing I do miss, is when they used to hang bananas in the cabana area. Was so much fun.We will be back soon.

Appartment an toller Lage mit wunderschönem Meeresblick

Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr zentral und nahe zum Städtchen Kailua-Kona, nachts ist es sehr ruhig, einzig das Meeresrauschen ist zu hören. Den Balkon haben wir rege genutzt. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, vom Garten bis zum Poolbereich. Die Agentur hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und war jederzeit erreichbar. Das Appartment ist sehr gut eingerichtet, komfortabel und war sehr sauber. Warum dann nur 4 von 5 Sternen? Die Anlage wurde Mitte 70er Jahre gebaut. Die Wohnung ist teilrenoviert, der Schlafzimmerteppich und die Küche (Geräte sind zwar neu) würden jedoch ein Update vertragen.

The cleaning service for this condo must be commended for their excellent work. The condo owner has made this rental very welcoming and comfortable, ensuring that there is lots of equipment for cooking and leisure activities. It has great views of the ocean and is in a quiet area of the complex near the swimming pool. The complex owners take pride in their property, ensuring it is clean and well kept, and that the rules are followed. We would highly recommend this unit and complex.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved staying in this unit. Beautiful ocean view, excellent pool area, quiet after 10:00. It's all here. What I especially liked is usually not mentioned in a review: nothing in the unit felt as though it had come from a home where it was not longer needed. Example: All the plates matched, silverware was from the same set, good sized cups, decent glasses, great furniture, decent decor. Also, everything was very clean. People from the Knutson Office were very responsive if we had questions or concerns. I felt like I was on a great vacation in a beautiful unit instead of a great vacation in my college dorm.
