Clean with Great Location

Property was spotless and check-in was easy. Central to everything so just a short walk to whatever you need . Only worry some comment is the shoring in the garage.

Our stay was great! Clean and cozy condo. No issues. We had friends in a unit on the same floor so it made visiting so easy. We utilized the balcony’s bbq area several nights. The sofa couch wasn’t the most comfortable but it worked. There’re not any beaches to just walk out to and swim/enjoy but everything is within walking distance. I highly recommend having a car to go explore the island. Volcanos/waterfalls…so much scenery to explore.

Beautiful Kona stay

Great location!

The property is located in the heart of historic Kona, with shops, restaurants, farmer's market and access to the water all within walking distance. The property staff were super-responsive and beach supplies well stocked. We had a great time!

Great location and patio with wonderful view!

First time staying at the island great location. Overall the property is clean. We did cooking and had all the equipment needed. I will book here again!

Property was front and center to Downtown Kona. Clean and fully updated. Tge beach chairs, umbrellas, and cooler bag were so handy.

We walked & used uber very easily the first half of our 8 night stay, then rented a car to go to some of the farther places we wanted to visit. Definitely recommend it for an amazing vacation!

Stayed for 6 days/5 nights. Here are the positives: great location, close to all the good restaurants & bars. Balcony is spacious. In unit washer/dryer was great. Negatives: roach trap in the kitchen, saw small roaches, 1 a/c unit in livingroom
