Newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath ocean/beach front condo with AC throughout the home. Short walk to Kona town bars & restaurants. Snorkel, swim, or surf right in front of the condo. Enjoy the parade of activities in the ocean and on shore from the comfort of the lanai couch. Watch the dolphins spin, the whales breach, the outrigger canoe, adventurers parasailing, Ironman athletes training, and turtles feeding in tide pools. Enjoy stunning and unique nightly sunsets. Full-size washer & dryer in the unit as well as beach gear/ toys. Free parking.

    All rooms are custom-decorated and have full ocean views. Two big-screen smart TVs with a Blu-ray player. New Split AC with ceiling fans in every room, including bathrooms. Full-size washer dryer, Stainless steel appliances, quartzite countertops, custom cabinetry with soft closing drawers, and a live-edge epoxy dining table. Custom art and decor throughout, including a turtle family swimming through the master shower. Guests will have access to beach chairs, umbrellas, yoga mats, masks, snorkels, fins, bodyboards, and swim noodles. The kitchen is fully stocked with an automatic coffee maker, a French press, a coffee grinder, a blender, a food processor, a crock pot, an Instapot, and miscellaneous spices.

Thus property exceeded our expectations. The only thing I’d change is a better kit entryway so you can see the keypad on the door. We loved it!

Wonderful property, consistent with all the previous reviews. Great location. We appreciated (and used) the abundant snorkel equipment provided. We really enjoyed relaxing on the lanai. We absolutely loved how comfortable the bed was in the master. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. Perfect place for our first family vacation with our adult children. Loved that they could walk into town. The lanai had the best view of the Big Island Sunset. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook a nice dinner in. Had everything you could possibly need for your stay.

Let the waves relax you!

Beautiful condo with a fantastic views….wonderful sunsets and so enjoyable to see surfing/body boarding right from the lanai.The condo was very thoughtfully equipped with just about anything you need!

Well stocked kitchen with an amazing sunrise and beach view! Appliances all worked well. The furniture inside and out was beautiful and comfy. We enjoyed walking every day for shopping, exercise and going to restaurants. It was hard to leave sometimes because we enjoyed watching the dolphins, surfers etc right from the lanai. There were so many snorkels and masks that our kids enjoyed- in the awesome pool and at the beaches. This was one of our favorite condos anywhere. Thanks for sharing with our family! Amazing sunsets and memories made. Aloha and mahalo!

Gorgeous place and location

Exactly as pictured with the water and beach right there, as well as excellent location for enjoying the Big Island. This was our 3rd time using this unit we like it so much. Quality of the interior is a pleasure as well as the communication with the host.

Great condo on the beach!

We loved staying in this corner unit! The views were great and the place was well stocked with beach gear and snorkeling equipment so we could snorkel at the beach right outside our window. Great restaurants were in walking distance and the sunsets were beautiful!

Family fun

Great property, great location. Very morning was beautiful and wonderful sounds of the ocean. Kids could play in front of the condo or at the beach next to it and we could still see them. It was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

As advertised!

Beautiful spot right on the ocean. Super wonderful Location and the unit was spectacularly decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed and we spent lots of time out on the front porch watching whales and dolphins swim by. Highly recommend

Kona Town

This was my third trip to Kona and this location was fantastic! Great condo with beautiful views from all points. The hosts had all the beach and snorkeling equipment we could need. The kitchen was well stocked and fun to cook in considering the wrap around views. Mornings drinking Kona coffee and watching the surfers, boogie boarders and rowing teams and the sunrises were spectacular along with the sunsets from the lanai!! Will most definately stay here again ! Marianne

Whale watching

The condo was so nice it had everything you needed. The place was clean and the owner was so pleasant i would recommend this condo to anyone looking to make unforgettable memories. We will be back!

Wonderful Stay!

Perfectly located, just as expected, beautiful decor, great communication! Such a nice complex, walkable to shops and restaurants. All of the amenities we needed were there. What a lovely stay we had at your place! Hoping to return again! So much to do and see on the BI! I really can’t say enough good things, amazing sunsets too!

This unit at Kona Reef was exceptional and i would recommend it highly. The location right on the ocean provided excellent views of the sunset and is close to the pool. The pictures were spot on and we look forward to going back! Mahalo
