  • I have a 20% weekly, and a 30% monthly discount plus a 10% mobile, 10% last minute, 10% early booking discount and a member discount.This is a oceanview studio condo in town with very comfortable airloom queen mattress with wall bed that folds down from the wall to give you more space, with extra fold town table also. Did i say location? This condo is in a 'great ' location, just steps away from alii drive the main street that drives thru town along the ocean, my condo is very cute, with hawiian and asian inspired decoration, very comfortable, Condo has nice oceanview pool also with Marquee spa ( hotub) and BBQ. Turnkey with full size living room with lazy boy reclining couch, remodeled full bathroom, oceanveiw lanai, brand new remodeled kitchen, with 2 burner ceramic range top, convection toaster oven, air fryer convection toaster oven, microwave, new full size refrigerator, all linens, cable tv, internet, dvd, free phone. In town, walk to all resturants and shopping, 1 block to beach & and pier where all water sports leave from,(snorkeling, suba diving, parasailing, kayaking, whale whatching, dinner cruises). Close to Kona Ironman Triathalon,finish line 2 blks away, Close to airport, 15 minutes away.

This unit had everything - 2 burner stovetop, toaster, microwave, convection oven, air fryer, etc. Beach towels and camp chairs. The AC was good too. Great view from lanai and EASY walk into town to Ali'i drive. GREAT benefit there was visitor parking. Pool clean and cared for.

Great vacation stay!

The place was clean, well stocked with the things you need. Excellent location in the heart of Kona, walking distance to everything you need! Nice view! I was very happy with my stay!Would recommend.

Surf Shanty

Perfect small condo, great location right on kuakini, short walk to Alii, great building, great manager and great neighbors. This is a perfect spot. Close to everything.

Cute, comfortable, clean condo

I stayed here for 10 days. Cute, comfortable. The bed was really comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped. Lots of great restaurants closeby. Krua Thai and Herbivores were my favorites. The owner was very responsive when I had questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Although a tad small we managed quite well and didn't need to put the bed away any night. The condo was well fitted out with plenty of nice ttowels

Super Close to Downtown Kona

The property is a little older, which for us, was fine. The pool /hot tub was amazing to relax in after a day of hiking or walking around downtown. Without there being a dishwasher, you kind of need to check the dishes before you use them. Overall, our stay was great and the bed is super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for a month and the place was great.

My wife and I stayed for the month of March and loved this suite. It had all the necessary equipment for making meals, which meant we were not running around looking for restaurants. That way we could spend more time at the pool or in the hot tub, both were clean and well looked after. For a couple the suite had lots of room but 3 or 4 people would make it crowded. We would definitely stay there again.

Convenient

Location was convenient to Downtown area. Studio size was adequate for two adults (who don’t mind having no door to shower/toilet room). Requires climbing one flight of stairs. Parking was easy. Kitchen was well equipped with small appliances and everything we needed. Strong security green door added to our feeling of safety. We would definitely stay here again.

Very cute and excellent location

This place is very cute, and clean. Excellent location. Close to everything. It was perfect for us. We didn’t rent a car, no need. We had everything we needed. It is well stocked & Kitchen is perfect if you want to cook. Personally, I don’t go on vacation to cook. Therefore, we ate all of our meals out. There’s a nice breeze and we had no need for A/C, however, it has AC. communication with Toni was excellent. I recommend, and would stay here again.

This unit is very small no bathroom door washer dryers in the basement. We did have a problem. With the water being shut off the day before we were leaving we were trying to get ready for a luau and had no water for about four hours which made getting ready a pain in the ass call the owner. They said they were replacing the main valve to the whole complex

Great location and wonderful price

Located in old Kona one block from the water, close to shopping and dining. Lots to do and see. There are little amenities for going to the pool, beach, hiking or picnicking. The owner has kick boards, pool towels, a small cooler, and insect repellent. The kitchenette is well stocked for cooking a meal in. The only surprise was that there is no bathroom door. The neighbors are nice and the cleaning lady is very sweet. I would stay there again. It is perfect for 2!

Too crowded with someones cast off furniture. No washer dryer as advertised. No resident manager as listed in docs. Owner phone # provide was out of service. Could b a gr8 place if about half of the stuff was removed.

Feb 2023 stay. From Montana

POSITIVE: Clean and comfortable for 2. Good Kitchen. Netflix included. Good Bed. Nice covered deck looking out at ocean and Ali' street. Great pool and hot tub. Three minutes walk from ocean. Four minutes walk to pier and tour boats. Ten minutes walk to Grocery Stores. (We had no car). Nice neighbors, Good Host. NEGATIVE: No bathroom door. Way too much furniture, room and deck. Lots of homeless people in Kona and in parking lot next door. Difficulty getting lock open first time. Would stay there again.

Wonderful

Rented 3 different places. Every single time had problems with VRBO. Couldn't access anything as always said "we have no listings for that email" although I must have given them the correct one at least 6 times. Even this minute if I try to get in to the app I get the same message. I don't know why I even bother filling this review as I won't be able to see what the owner has to say about me as a renter. This is why check in got 1 star. This condo is amazing.
