Unit was spotless,view from the linai was incredible ,there was everything you could possibly expect in a rental unit kitchen,bath,and bedroom all completely furnished with all the little extras most properties don’t include.

We enjoyed our stay in Hawaii. The condo was just as described in the listing. I have no complaints. The king size bed was so comfortable….I'm rethinking the one I have at home. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you! The picture are all taken from the property.

Perfect getaway and amazing place to stay!

Thank you for sharing your home in such a fabulous location. The listing is spot on with amenities, view and location. Most shops and restaurants are within a 20 minute walk. Sunset viewing from the lanai was spectacular every night. Great place to stay!

Beautiful and well-stocked condo

Loved the view and the spaciousness of Betsy's condo. It was in a great location, close to so many things, and the view is just PERFECT. We loved just enjoying the breeze on the lanai.

Amazing stay at Alii Villas

What a spectacular place to stay! The view is like no other place we have ever stayed. The sunsets were phenomenal 🌅. The condo had everything we needed and more. It was clean and had all of our basic needs. It was centrally located to downtown and to shops, which was great. We highly recommend this place to stay in Kona.

Amazing place and host

We had a wonderful time at this property. The host was absolutely amazing with great communication throughout. The balcony was stunning and the location was great. As stated, do not worry about no air conditioning, as the cross breezes were wonderful. We had an amazing time and definitely look forward to returning! We highly recommend this place to stay.

Our second stay at this unit. Ocean front perfect view. We saw many whales right from the balcony. This condo has everything you could possibly need. Thank you for another wonderful stay.

Great location with the sound of the ocean

This place is just a short drive from Kailua-Kona town, and it was an incredible experience. The location was ideal, offering the convenience of being close to town and the sights south of town. One of the most memorable aspects of the stay was falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing against the rocks each night. The property itself was spotless and had clearly been newly refurbished, adding a fresh and modern touch to the experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay near Kailua-Kona. I would definitely stay here again!
