Great family vacation home

This is the perfect place for families. Plenty of space, great views and a great pool. Plus it is just a short drive to downtown Kona, farmers markets, and beaches.

Beautiful home! Gorgeous furnishings, super clean, awesome view of the ocean & sunset. Picked avocados, papaya, coconut & oranges right in the back yard!! The pool & hot tub perfect!! Nice quiet neighborhood. Really happy with this lovely home!

Great house

We loved staying at this house! It was as it looks in the pictures, with a beautifully kept yard, expansive view of the ocean and adjacent to undeveloped forested area along one side. There was plenty of room to spread out inside, and the upstairs deck and downstairs patio were lovely.

An Amazing Vacation

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the island. The pictures are great, but the house is so much better in person! Thank you, Paul, for working with us on dates during the pandemic ! The next time we visit Hawaii we will definitely stay here!

We all had a wonderful vacation thanks to the house. So close to town with a beautiful view and the pool which we used everyday. Everything that was needed was at our disposal. Would recommend highly.

Awesome house with a great view.

We had 2 families with a total of 4 adults and 5 kids, and we didn't lack for space. This house is beautiful, the view is great and the management is awesome and thoughtful. We will definitely look at this again for our next big vacation.

Great house for family with kids

We had a great time playing in the pool with the kids and drinking cocktails in the Lanai. We were 6 adults, 2 kids and an infant and we were all very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood overlooking the ocean, wonderful sunsets every night. Close to everything from beaches, to stores and restaurants.

Beautiful, large home with stunning views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with lots of room for our family and friends. Plenty of space, nice ocean breezes and refreshing pool. Fully stocked kitchen and lots of pool and beach toys for the kids. Just a short drive to downtown Kona and White Sands beach. Quiet neighborhood and private location. We will be back!

Perfect Place

This was the perfect place for our family. It had enough rooms for everyone (including a napping baby), a gorgeous view, and a great pool. We can't wait to come back! The only drawback is it can get hot during the day (no ac, use the pool) and at night the gnats can get annoying even with the screen doors closed. Other than that it's a great home and location.

Great spot for three-generations

Centrally located, but not in the throngs of people downtown, our group of 10 - ranging in age from 2 to 71 - enjoyed everything about this property. Enough space to be together and plenty of tucked away nooks to enjoy a bit of peace from all the together time. We enjoyed the pool every day, appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and started our mornings on the lanai with coffee watching for the wild pigs to wander down the creek bed next to the house.

Pure Magic

Having the whole family together for 10 days in a perfect house was magical. This house had it all and then some. The pool and the hot were big hits. Hopefully we can all do this again.

Family thanksgiving trip

We planned this trip with our family and it was wonderful! Four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and a large living room, family room, and upstairs deck. The views were gorgeous, we enjoyed the pool and spa, and had a blast. This house had everything you would need; beach toys, condiments, games, books, kitchen totally equipped, etc. We would highly recommend staying here. And the contact person Paul M. was always helpful and the best we’ve dealt with. We will stay here again on Kona.

Amazing home in quiet neighborhood!

My wife and I rented this property to bring the kids and grandkids. House is conveniently located to the Kona village and has all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you to the owner for sharing such a unique property! We’ll be back!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect - close to town and beaches, gorgeous view, great neighborhood and very private! The house was perfect for our group of 9 - felt very spacious and was well equipped with all the necessities. Paul was very kind and helpful through the booking process and our stay. The lady who came to service the pool (once a week maintenance) was really nice and full of great tips on places to visit and beaches to check out. The pool and spa were awesome as well! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Couldn't ask for more!

Our 3 generation stay in this lovely home was everything we dreamed of. The home is exceptionally well-equipped, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated with a stunning view of the ocean and sunsets. Easy access to Kailua-Kona and to Hwy. 19 route to Volcano. Paul at Front Desk was kind, thoughtful and responsive.

Peaceful Paradise!

The house is just lovely and very well equipped!! The deck off the master bedroom was delightful. The fans did a fine job keeping the house cool! The location is very central for a great variety of activities. The property manager was super fast when we needed something. Overall a great choice!!
