Kitchen was fully stocked. Master bedroom was comfortable. The location is the bomb. Best snorkeling ever and we’ve traveled a lot. It’s right across the street. It’s not a beach for kids to play in the water so much, but for teen’s snorkeling and surfing is wonderful. It’s not a resort area which is another plus. Close to a shopping plaza with a really nice grocery store and several restaurants. Parking was easy. Pool is cute. Great stay.

We had a lovely stay here. When we arrived the condo AC was not working but contact with management resulted in quick resolution. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator, wonderful for carrying in suitcases and groceries. It was well appointed, quiet, with lovely lanai and window views of mountains/ beach/ocean. Had coffee every morning on that good sized lanai. There is a nice snorkeling beach across the street. The pool was clean and hot tub wonderful. The unit is close to many things and there is a bus/trolly that runs between shopping center and downtown Kailua if you don't want to drive. Lots of parking at unit. Would stay there again. Thank you

Very nice condo at a great location

We have really enjoyed our stay. The condo is so well equipped with everything, one of the best snorcheling spot is just across the road and shopping centre with a great sports bar 3 minutes by car. What else you need for a perfect vacations?

Family getaway

The condo was perfect for our family of four. You will definitely need to rent a car as the location isn’t very walkable. Parking was free and easy.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

James provided a warm welcome, loads of suggestions for day trips and there was everything you might want in the condo. The view from the lanai was wonderful, lived having our breakfast and dinners there. Access to the beach and snorkeling was great! Thanks for a greatgreat vacation!

Lovely, spacious and relaxing.

This condo is as advertised, if not nicer in person. Great space for two couples to share but have privacy too. Deck views and pool were so nice. On site parking, near local shopping plaza and across from a snorkelling bay. Wonderful stay.

We absolutely 😘 ved everything about this place! It was so close to great snorkeling spot, pool was awesome, beds comfortable, and everything was great! We are very thankful to James for prepping all we need for great vacation:)

Restful and Scenic

This unit is perfectly located on the top floor of condo complex across the street from one of the island’s best snorkeling bays. Area is generally quiet and close to shopping and dining services. We enjoyed our stay and hope to repeat again next year.

Awesome condo

We loved this place. Very good layout for a family, with a snorkeling beach JUST across the street. Such a great location. Everything worked, everything was clean, the kitchen was actually well-stocked (they all say that, but you never really know…). And as a bonus- beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc. All the stuff you want but you can’t bring it on the plane. Just a nice place to stay while touring the big island.

Condo was well stocked with kitchen and beach needs. Layout was great for 2 couples. Location next to snorkelling beach was perfect. Lanai had comfortable furniture. Would definitely book this place again.

Perfection

Perfect condo. Had everything you would need. Right across the street from a fabulous snorkeling beach. Downtown was just a couple miles down the main road with many good restaurants. Enjoy our stay immensely.
