The unit itself was immaculate and well stocked. The view from the lanai was beautiful. It was well stocked with beach and pool items. Our only disappoint was when we realized we did not have pool cards access the pool. It took 6 days to finally get them. Being that it was right after the big Kona low and many of the beaches were closed, this was a problem for us. The property office was open, so I asked about this. We were told us that the management company had to get permission from the owner to order new cards. Management co., did not mention this in the at least twice daily texts back and forth. 6 days later we finally get the cards. We go to the pool and we cannot use the rest rooms because we need a key for that and we don’t have one. We contacted the management co. again, letting them know this, but we never heard from them again. We never did get access to the pool restrooms. There were a few fyi items that we let the management know about when they came and delivered the pool cards, and we even said that these were not complaints, just to be aware before the next tenants came. 1) 2 of the stove knobs we’re broken, management took them to replace but never came back with the replacements. 2) we couldn’t get the ceiling fans to turn on and finally figured out that all of the fans were programmed to one remote and it was in the loft which we were not using. Not having access to the pool for most of our stay was a bummer. The rest were minor inconveniences.
