    The Space:

    Stunningly situated at the edge of the ocean with amazing views of the famous Banyan surf break, this oceanfront penthouse condo brings high ceilings, blissful air conditioning, and a truly spectacular setting to your next escape to Kailua-Kona. Newly remodeled, this chic and stylish condo offers a spacious oceanfront lanai that's perfect for morning coffee, outdoor dining, and unforgettable nightly sunsets. Amenities include free WiFi throughout, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV in the living room, your very own washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and towels and the end of the day, and an open kitchen with new appliances to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Enjoy cool wood flooring throughout, a ceiling fan in each room, two separate bedrooms, and two full bathrooms (including one en suite bathroom that's paired with the oceanfront master bedroom).

    This oceanfront condo enjoys a gorgeous location within the Kona Bali Kai Resort, where you'll find a community swimming pool, covered parking, and the award-winning Poke Shack right on the premises. This incredible stretch of coastline is home to the world-famous Banyan Beach on the south end of the complex, as well as black lava rocks that create tide pools full of marine life and shield the sandy beach. Loved this condo!! This oceanfront unit was perfect for our stay in Kona! The sound of the waves, the remarkable sunsets, and great location make this unit one would definitely book again, and highly recommend to others. The in-unit washer and dryer were so convenient, and the unit had everything we needed for our stay. Mahalo!

Beautiful Oceanfront paradise

The room was so beautifully decorated, loved the furniture, felt like home, very comfortable. Ocean front views beyond amazing and watching the surfers, very fun, entertaining. I would definitely book this room again.

Condo is on the ocean with breath taking ocean views and we loved listening to the peaceful sound of the waves at night. The condo provided everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful ocean view condo

This condo was an awesome home-base for our family vacation. The view from the lanai was unbeatable - one of the main reasons we booked it - and it was all exactly as we had hoped. We appreciated the extra attention to detail with the decor in this unit and the higher-end appliances and furniture.

Fantastic!!

This condo was so great! We loved the lanai- and watching the surfers and sunsets. Da Poke Shack is located right in the complex and it was so yummy! It was quiet, clean and the condo provided plenty of fans if you didn’t want to use the AC. The front room gets really hot- but that is my only complaint.

Great location, well appointed

Terrific experience. Clean property, strong Wi-Fi, awesome top floor views. Had everything for a family of four to enjoy a week-long stay. Would have loved a firmer bed, beach chairs, and more comfortable living room furniture, but all in all a very positive experience.

No need to look any further, this place is amazing.

My wife and I brought our 3 boys (ages 12, 14 & 15) for a week and rented this place. The views from the balcony were amazing. The inside was clean and exactly as described. Having the washer and dryer were a bonus. It was not too far from town and was an easy drive to anywhere I. Kona. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

KBK #402 was very clean. The view and sunsets from the lanai were awesome. Has everything you need for playing on the beach to cooking a meal. Will definitely return.

Perfect location

If you love to watch surfing this is your condo complex. Loved relaxing on lanai. Kitchen was stocked great for me with everything I could have ever needed, beds all comfortable,great pillows, even some beach chairs, snorkel gear, coolers, boogie boards etc. Vacasa was great to reach out and make sure we had all we needed, they asked if everything was in good repair at check in. This is where I'll stay when I come again.
