Wonderful experience

We loved everything about the property. It was very well located, across from a beach and near a main snorkeling area. We watched beautiful sunsets from the balcony and there was a lovely ocean view as well. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Great place for a family getaway

Kitchen is well stocked, beds comfy, all the towels you need. the sunset view from the balcony is relaxing. walk to the beach and to Magics was so easy with kids! Drive to town was easy.

Kailua-Kona vacation

He had a great experience at this property - was exactly as shown in the online phots and was very well stocked in the kitchen and had everything you needed to go to the beach. Only thing i would suggest is to have the main be updated as we found it a tad uncomfortable. would stay here again!

Great place, very clean and comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Had some drain issues in main bath but husband was able to fix. I wish it was a little closer to the beach and had a little better ocean view, but overall felt like a good value. Could use a few more beach towels.

Awesome location!

Great place to stay to explore the island. Condo wasn’t fancy but met our needs well. Nice beach toys/chairs/umbrella set up and location directly across from white sands beach is awesome. Only complaint would be mattresses are notably uncomfortable. Would be awesome if management company would update those.

Great location, amazingly quiet

Couldn’t hear the traffic a bit, awesome ocean view from the lanai. Beaches within walking distance were beautiful, but pretty rough for inexperienced swimmers. Pool was lovely for relaxing adults, but not intended for noisy/excitable kids playing, fyi. The condo was impressively clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Good, but a few hiccups

Good location, good communication with property manager. Two out of three boogie boards were broken unfortunately. Biggest hiccup was there wasn't a working smoke detector in the unit. This is a danger! So, I bought one, submitted a photo of it and the receipt, and left it in the unit. No reimbursement - that was disappointing. given that such rentals should ABSOLUTELY have at least one. I dropped overall stars because of this.

However, both the owner and Coldwell Bank managed my transition professionally and were very helpful with any questions I had. The location was great. We were near the beach and restaurants. I would book this property again. My kids' biggest complaint were the stairs but that may be because they are lazy sometimes. Enjoy your vacation!!

Overall we had a great time.
