  • This amazing 2 bedroom with ocean view from the lanai is the PERFECT spot for your Vacation.
    Sea Village reflects the tranquil beauty of the Big Island. The resort is centrally located 1 mile from restaurants and shops on Famous Ali'i Drive.

    Air Conditioning is only available in the Living Room & Master Bedroom as Portable AC units. There is no AC unit in the Guest Twin Bedroom.

    The pool area is located beside the sea wall, so guests can enjoy a peaceful swim just steps away from the crashing surf. Hot tub, Communal BBQ area and Tennis Court available for guest use!

    Kona town is just a short drive from Sea Village Kona. Kona town offers a large choice of restaurants, stores and art galleries. Most of the Big Island activities depart from Kona town.

Beautiful location just 5 min south of the main Kona Village. Gorgeous sea and garden views and lovely furnishings in this condo. The portable ac units work but we’re on timers so overnight cooling (esp in the main living area) was a challenge. Not terrible but just be aware. Loved the pool and hot tub but wish the evening hours were till 10, not 9pm. Helpful hosts communicate via text with virtual check in or in-person if desired. Would def stay here again. Do yourself a favor and stop by Green Flash coffee in the morning. Delicious!!!

The place had just about everything u needed for fun on the beach! Plenty of room to move about and in a great location! Only negative thing I have is air conditioning is undersized for the living room and there's no ac for 2nd bedroom. Hope u like it warm!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This would be a 10/10 rental if it were not for the AC. Beautiful grounds, all the amenities, super clean. The 4 hour timer on the AC makes sleep a nightmare. You wake up baking and have to turn back on the AC. There is also no AC in the kids room which made them have to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. We also had to spend the afternoon waiting for a washing machine replacement on day 2 (it was arranged before our arrival) and then they wanted to show the property on the last day of our stay and we declined. For these reasons, we wouldn't stay again.

Refrigerator didn't stay very cold. Freezer had to be seen by maintenance twice as it wouldn't freeze. Filthy carpets, no ac in spare room and very warm and noisy because we had to,open windows for a breeze. Shower curtain in bathroom needs weights in the bottom because the fan blows it into you and sticks to you

Sea Village

Sea Village is a great place to stay. Wonderful pool and bbq area. Plus is a great location, easy walk into town for restaurants and shopping.

Clean and family friendly

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, central with lots of extras to make a great stay! Had extra toys, towels, chairs and cookware to give you everything you need. The spot is a bit dated but is comfortable and spacious. Host was great to deal with as well, would recommend as a family with kids.

The small air conditioner units helped keep the unit cool. Understandable being in the second floor. The common areas were great to socialize with others if you were so inclined.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The ununit wa clean (except for the vents above the master shower (UGH). PM was very responsive when we had problems withe the Microwave, replacing it within 24 hours. Beautiful property, but the table in the picture is misleading. I did enjoy staying here relaxing, clean quite pool area. Met some wonderful people here too!

Nice and comfortable stay

Our stay was comfortable. Everything was clean. A mile walk to restaurants and shops so the location was good. View from the patio was nice. Overall a good choice while we were in Kona.

Beautiful & Convenient

This location is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to the restaurants and bars. Easy drive to grocery store and Kona airport. Definitely recommend to go to the pool area to see the sunset. And if looking for what’s around to do, look at the notebook in the living room area. I highly recommend a stay here.

Everything we needed was there - well stocked kitchen, beach and pool equipment, and AC when it got a bit warm inside. The lanai has a wonderful ocean view with amazing sunsets every night. Close to great restaurants and shopping.

The condo was beautifully equipped for our stay, especially when we compared it to our fellow travelers' condos. The only item missing was a serrated bread knife. It was comfortably furnished.

If you are going to rent this unit please consider reading. Unit itself is overpriced and the amount charged is for the full 2 bedroom/2 bath, which can sleep 6 people air conditioned space but does not meet the requirement for their advertisement. Unit has 2 portable heavily controlled by the owner a/c units and they turn off every 4 hours to save on the power bill. Only one of portable a/c’s does the job for the main bedroom.The second bedroom with 2 beds does not cool off when the doors are open to the living room and the other bathroom, so not usable due to the heat and we were not able to use it because the temperature was too hot in there and the fans don’t cool it. The living room space portable a/c is not adequate and it was hot with only 3 people for us in that condo. So basically if you want to comfortable you will pay the money for overpriced space that does not exist. I made multiple attempt to see if they could refund me money and the answer was NO, they also did not do anything about it. According to Blake the resort owner, unit owner intentionally does all of this to save money and says that everything is functioning as advertised. The condo is dated, needs upgrades. All the vents are filled with lint t/o the condo. Washer was working but was leaking and makes so much noise, we could not use it during quiet hours. I would not rent this place ever again! Do not recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is clean and grounds are well kept. Location is good. Beds and linens were cheap and sofa bed was terrible. The floors have no insulation and you hear every footstep above you. We stayed 16 days and was woken up from sound before 6: AM every single morning. Nice pool area, hot tub had issues most days. The next guest walked in on us using the Dropbox key 4 days early. I would recommend for very deep sleepers not using sofa bed.
