Non-Smoking Property – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa and on the lanai. Designated smoking areas may be available within the complex.



No Pets Allowed – Unfortunately, pets are not permitted per Ali’i Villas community rules.



Sleeps Up to 4 Guests – The villa features one king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.



Starter Supplies Provided – The home is stocked with toiletries, paper products, and basic kitchen essentials to get you started. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for extended stays.
