A lot of bugs but otherwise the place was awesome. I would definitely repeat. As a gift, I left a fishing pole for the community.

This unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay from the big washer and dryer to all the gear for a fun day at the beach. We used the pool every day and watched several beautiful sunsets from Magic Sands beach, directly across the street. We had a maintenance need during our stay and management was right on top of it and had great communication.

Nice quiet place for me and the family. We loved the pool and going places was easy! Check in was a little nerve racking because it’s all through email and text but it went smoothly. Everyone staying there and those who are residents were very nice!

Great property across from an amazing (but crowded) beach. Dream location if you want the beach, but not necessarily the town. Great pool onsite and plenty of places to wash off sand on the property. Only dislike was that the thermostat was locked and it was too cold for me.

The unit did not have aur conditioning working. we complained but got no response. we had terrible timing sleeping in the hot and humid weather. The beds were also terrible

Unsafe, unsanitary, and definitely not worth the cost or the aggravation!!Upon arrival at our room, there was a towel on the floor that was wet from a leak from the A.C. The ceiling above the towel was completely wet, and there was an actual hole where the water was coming from.When we called we were told to leave towel on floor as it was “catching condensation” and they would arrange for a person to come out. We also indicated that the kitchen had visible roach traps.They were placed on the kitchen counters, and in the cabinets, the roach traps did nothing to stop the roaches that we could see and kill as we were putting our food away. Mngmt. indicated that a pest service had been sent out prior to our visit and they would send another team out to investigate.They did send out a crew which placed 2 additional roach traps on the kitchen and 2 on the bathroom floors, as roaches we were also found in the bathrooms as well. We were still killing roaches right up until the day we left. I do not feel for the amount of money that I paid over ($1,770.00)was worth unsanitary cockroaches, daily communication with a mngmt. company, a dripping ceiling that my grandson slipped on, wiping and changing towels on a wet floor, is the way anyone would spend their vacation!!! I have photos, videos, and emails if required. I have asked for a refund of some kind. The mngmt.company clearly knew these problems existed: 1.Traps and Raid in Kitchen 2.Pest Control before our arrival 3.Towel on floor

The place is good and as advertised, steps away from magic sands beach. We had a great time. I am only giving it 3.5 stars because of the painful check-in process and a few other minor details. I was scheduled to check-in at 4:00pm. I arrived around 2:30pm and started looking for my check-in instructions and I couldn’t find them. They failed to send me the instructions email 24 hour prior my check-in. It took me a while to find their customer service contact info but I found it and I called. I got two different emails from Grand Welcome, one was an e-sign agreement and the other a guest verification notification requiring action. I was able to e-sign without an issue but the guest verification email had a link to a Truvi website where I supposed to complete a bunch of steps. I was half way through the process when I was prompted to login and enter a password that I didn’t have because I don’t have an account. It was a painful hour and a half of back and forth under 80 degrees weather and poor reception. We had a great time. As advertised, the place is within walking distance from beautiful magic sands beach. We also enjoyed their pool and hot tub. They have plenty of cookware that we were able to use and save money by not having to eat out. However, I feel like they can improve minor details. For instance, we were a party of six and we ran out of toilet paper the last day. Another issue I has was the bed. It made loud noise with any minimum movement.
