The rest of the year its rented by the night with a 2-night minimum stay. We are 5 miles North of the I-69, I-80 Interchange. Attractions include Trine University, Tibbitts Opera, and 5 Championship Golf Courses. You'll have the entire home to yourself! Enjoy parking your car in the garage! There is a Cozy living room with a fireplace overlooking Coldwater Lake! There are (3) Flat Screen T.V.s with cable channels. There is a washer & dryer with laundry detergent supplied for you. This home is beautifully remodeled and furnished! The kitchen is equipped with cookware, silverware, plates & bowls, drinking glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, stove & fridge. We have High Speed Internet (WIFI). The bathroom is furnished with shampoo, conditioner, & shower gel. We supply coffee with all of the fixings, bottled water, a bottle of wine, towels, linens, an ironing board and iron, hair dryers, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and paper towels. There are dressers for your clothes, spacious closets with hangers, and comfy beds.
